MAIL-CARE GUIDELINES IN THE ENVIRONMENT
NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
NATIONAL ARCHIVES HEAD OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to support the creation of uniformity in order to be more efficient, effective and systematic to smooth the communication of sanity need to be a Guide to the Mailroom.
B. based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Rule of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia on the Guidelines of Mailin in the Environment of the National Archives of the Republic
Given: 1. Law Number 43 Year 2009 concerning Kearsipan (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 152, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 5071);
2. Government Regulation No. 28 Year 2012 on Implementation Of Invite-Invite Number 43 Year 2009 on Kearsipan (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 No. 53, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5286);
3. Regulation of the Minister of State Pendayagunaan The State of Personnel Number 22 Year 20008 on the General Guidelines of the Service Governance Act;
4. The Presidential Decree Number 103 of 2001 on the Position, Duties, Functions, Authority, Organizational Arrangement, and the Working Governance of the Non-Department as it has been several times amended with the Presidential Regulation No. 64 of 2005;
5. National Archives Regulation of Indonesia No. 03 Year 2006 on the Organization and Tata Works of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia as amended last by the Rule of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia Number 05 2010;
DECIDED:
establish: NATIONAL ARCHIVE HEAD REGULATIONS ON THE GUIDELINES OF THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.
Article 1
Guidelines for the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia are as set forth in this Regulation Attachment and are an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 2
Guidelines National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 1 used as a reference to a processing unit that serves as the
Central File in the environment of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia in conducting Mail business.
Article 3
These rules begin to apply on the date of the promulctest.
