EMPLOYEE SELECTION OVERSIGHT FOR PROMOTION
AT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF THE STATE APPARATUS AND
REFORMS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA BUREAUCRACY,

Weigh: a.   that in order to realize the Workforce Human Resources in a law enforcement agency that has integrity, competently, performance, accountable, and professional needs to be done employee selection for promotion transparently, objectively, accountable and free corruption of Kolusi and Nepotism;
B.   that based on consideration as intended in the letter a need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms on the oversight of employee selection for promotion in the environment of law enforcement agencies;

Remembering: 1. 4. Regulation Minister of the State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number 62 of 2011 on the Employee Selection Guidelines for Promotion at the Law Enforcement Institute;

DECIDED

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER ' S MINISTER OF STATES AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM ON THE OVERSIGHT OF SELECTION FOR PROMOTION AT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.

Section 1
The selection of employees for the promotion executed in law enforcement agencies is required to be supervised by authorized officials in accordance with the laws.

Section 2
In conducting the supervision of the employee selection for promotion at the Law Enforcement Institute must be guidelines on the Regulation of the Minister of State of Personnel and the Reform of the State Bureaucracy Number 62 of 2011 on the Employee Selection Guidelines for Promotion in the Institute of Personnel. Law enforcement.

Section 3
(1) Any authorized personnel/appointed to conduct mandatory supervision report the results of the selection of selection for promotion to the President by busan to the Minister who is drugging the State of Personnel's Ministry of Personnel.
(2) The report as referred to in paragraph (1) includes the process:
a. selection (open or closed);

Section 4

(3) In carrying out the follow-up and the response referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted coordination with the instance concerned.

Section 5
(1) If there is an indication of a breach in the employee selection process for promotion in the environment of law enforcement agencies then the Minister who organizes government affairs in the Ministry of Personnel's Office of Personnel is doing the steps Follow-up to the following:
(2) The action steps as referred to in paragraph (1) are reported to the President.

Section 6
