incipal Director has the task of leading the implementation of the LPDB-KUMKM task in accordance with the laws.

Section 6
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 5, the Principal Director organizes the function:
a.   coordinate the drafting of the business strategic plan;
B.   The coordination of the business plan and the annual budget;
c. coordinate the preparation of needs, inventories, and removal of assets;
D. coordinate selection and cooperation with business partners and Koperating selection and Mikro, Small, and Medium-wide receivers rolling funds;
e.   Coordinating and binding of the LPDB-KUMKM association with other parties;
f.   delivery of the performance accountability report LPDB-KUMKM to the Minister of State Koperating and Small and Medium Enterprises and the Finance Minister in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the laws;
G.   coordinate follow-up report of the Intern Examination Unit (SPI);
h.   Coordinating monitoring of monitoring and evaluation of rolling funds management; and

Second Part
Director of Business Development
Section 7
Director of Business Development has the task of carrying out a rolling fund evaluation and study, risk control over loans and/or financing, control of debt and the development of information technology LPDB-KUMKM.

Section 8
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 7, Director of the venture Development organizes functions:
a.   implementation of the study and the development of the effort;
B.   implementation of the monitoring and evaluation of the loan/breeding;

Section 9
The Director of Effort Development consists of:
a. Evaluation and Assessment Division;
b. Risk Management Division; and
c. Division of Technology and Information Systems.

Article 10
Evaluation and Review Division has the task of carrying out the study and investigation of business development, monitoring and evaluation, debt control, drafting of the execution of activities LPDB-KUMKM and the co-ordination of cooperation initiation coordination. with government agencies and other agencies related to the granting of loans and/or financing to Koperations, and the Mikro, Small and Medium Enterprises, the Financial Instituts of the Bank and the Financial Instituts Not the Bank.

Section 11
Risk Management Division has the task of carrying out the investigation of loan risk control and/or financing LPDB-KUMKM distributed to KUMKM, and the investigation of independent opinion grants to the board of directors related to mitigation risk of lending and/or financing LPDB-KUMKM.

Article 12
The Division of Technology and Information Systems has the task of carrying out the drafting of design, development and maintenance of information systems and information systems.

Section 27
Business Division I have the task of executing setup of plans, operational standard procedures, coordinating technical leads, coordinates and execution of the rolling fund policy LPDB-KUMKM, in the I region include North Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, and West Papua and the administration of the administration of the loan proposal and/or financing proposals. Sixth Part
Internal Checking Unit
Section 31
(1) The next Intern Examination Unit called SPI is a supervising element located below and is responsible to the Principal Director through the General Director and the Law.
(2) SPI is led by a Chief.

SPI has the task of carrying out an internal examination in the environment LPDB-KUMKM.

WORK LAYOUT
Section 33
