e. Propose to PA Kemenko Kesra for the Goods/Services Providers/other services valued above Rp 100.000.00 (100 billion rupiah) and the Consultancy Service Provider which is valued above Rp 10,000.000.00,- (ten billion rupiah) through the Head of the ULP;

f. establish the Winner for: 1) Auction or Direct Reappointment for the package

procurement of other construx/construx/service jobs of the highest Rp 10,000.000.00 (hundred milyuar rupiah); or

2) Selections or appointments directly for the highest valued Consultancy Service package of Rp 10,000.000.00 (ten billion rupiah).

g. Deliver the News Show Results to the PPK through the Head of the ULP;

h. Make a report on the process and results of the Services to the Head of the ULP;

i. provide data and information to the ULP Chief on the Goods/Services Providers that execute deeds such as fraud, forgery and other offenses; and

j. propose the assistance of a Technical Team and/or Expert Team to the ULP Head.

(2) In carrying out its duties, Chairman Pokja and any member of Pokja ULP have the same authority in the decision making which is set by the most votes.

(3) The winner of the winner by Pokja ULP as referred to in paragraph (1) letter f, cannot be interrupted by the Chief ULP.

(4) Members of Pokja ULP may be in charge and become the Acting Officer outside of the ULP.

The Workforce

Article 12 (1) of the mandatory conveyation of the goods/services procurement to

ULP comes with the least support data, including: a. Copy of the Operations Guide; b. Technical/Technical Specification (c). Estimated Prices; and d. Contract design.

(2) PPK in delivering the package of goods/services to the ULP as referred to in paragraph (1) must be supplemented by a statement that the package to be auctioned is not revised.

(3) ULP is required to coordinate. and establish a working relationship with the eselon I and II work units that will utilize the goods/services held and other related work units.

(4) ULP is obligated to coordinate and establish working relationships with the LKPP. Article 13

The ULP working relationship with the work unit that will utilize the goods/services to be held includes:

a. the delivery of periodic reports on the process and the output of barang/jasa;

b. provide guidance and guidance to the work unit in the preparation of barang/jasa; and

c. implementation of guidelines or guidance on the procurement implementation of the PA provided.

Article 14

ULP ' s working relationships with LKPP include: a. Delivery of the IBM Software as a Service ("Service") for the IBM Cloud Services ("IBM Software"), and the following terms: consulting in accordance with the need in order to resolve

issues encountered in the barang/jasa; procurement process;

c. coordination in the execution of its duties; and

Membership of Article 15

(1) Members of each Pokja ULP are gasal and at least 3 (three) persons as well as can be added according to the needs and complexity of the work.

(2) In assigning Members of Pokja ULP, Chief ULP pays attention to the compentency and record of the imprint of Pokja ULP Members.

(1) The scope of the ULP Head assignment includes: a. lead and coordinate the entire ULP activities; b. assemble and execute the Absence Goods/Services Strategy

c. compiling a work program and a ULP d budget. oversee all procurement of goods/services at the ULP and

report if any deviation and/or indication of deviation;

e. make an accountability report for the conduct of the goods/services procurement activities to the Coordinating Minister for the People's Welfare Field;

f. assign members of Pokja ULP in accordance with the mass-masing;

g. propose placement/gating of Pokja ULP members to the Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare and/or KPA; and

h. propose the ULP Support Staff in accordance with the needs. (2) The ULP head as referred to in paragraph (1) can be caught

and is serving as a member of Pokja ULP. Office scope of the ULP Secretariat

Article 10

(1) The scope of the ULP Secretariat task, includes: a. Inventory of packages that will be auctioned/selected; b. preparing supporting documents and information that

requires Pokja ULP;

c. facilitating the implementation of the selection of the goods/services provider executed by Pokja ULP;

d. Coordinate and coordinate the disclaiers delivered by the Goods/Jasa;

e. manage the procurement system and the procurement management data information system to support the implementation of barang/jasa;

f. Manage file (s). conduct an evaluation of the procurement implementation and

drafting of the report; and

h. prepare and coordinate the Technical Team and the Supporting Staff of the ULP Secretariat in the process of procurement of barang/services.

(2) The ULP Secretariat is led by a Secretary. (3) The secretary as referred to in paragraph (2) may be captured and

is serving as a member of Pokja ULP.

(1) The scope of the Pokja ULP task includes: a. Revisit the specification and the Estimated Price
