EMPLOYEES IN THE RELIGIOUS MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that bureaucratic reform in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, then in the efforts of improving the performance of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, needs to be given a Performance Improvement;
B.   that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the President's Regulation on the Performance Allowance Of Employees in the Ministry of Religious Environment;
Remembering: 1.   Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Sheet State Republic Of Indonesia In 2003 Number 47, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4286);
3. Act No. 1 Year 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet Indonesia 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
4. Act No. 5 Year 2014 on Civil Aparregulated State (Sheet Country Indonesia Year 2014 Number 6, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5494);
5. Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Regulation of the Salary Of Civil Servants (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1977 Number 11, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3098) as has been several times amended, last with Government Regulation No. 34 of 2014 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 108);

Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Task and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended, lastly with the Presidential Regulation Number 80 2014 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 No. 189);

DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE MINISTRY OF RELIGION ENVIRONMENT.

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
1. The next civil servant (PNS) is a qualified Indonesian citizen, appointed as a permanent civil servant of the State Government by clerking officials to take the government office.
2. Employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs are PNS, Members of TNI/POLRI, and other employees who are based on the Decision of Officials who are authorized to be appointed in a post or assigned and work in full on organizational units in the environment Ministry of Religion.

Section 2
To employees who have a position in the Ministry of Religious environment, in addition to being granted income under the terms of the laws, are given the Performance allowance of each month.

Section 3
(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Section 2, not provided to:
a.   Employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs who do not have a specific office;
B.   Employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs are suspended for temporary or disabled;
C.   Officials in the Ministry of Religious Affairs are dismissed from his organics office with a given money wait (not dismissed as a Civil Service employee);
D.   Employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs are secondhand/employed on other bodies/agencies outside the Ministry of Religious Affairs;
e.   Employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs are granted leave outside of state dependents or in the free of duty to undergo a retirement preparatory term;
f.   Employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs are appointed as functional officials of teachers and lecturers; and
G.   Employees on the Public Service Board which have been granted remuneration as set out in Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of 2012.
(2) More Terms of Use in the Ministry of Religious Affairs not granted Performance Improvement as referred to in paragraph (1), governed by the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs.

Section 4
The magnitude of the performance allowance as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.

Section 7

Section 8
(1) For employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs who are appointed as functional officials and get benefits in the profession other than teachers and lecturers, then the performance allowance is paid by the difference between the Performance Benefits in the class of his office with the The benefits of the profession on the body.
(2) If the Profession Allowance which is accepted as referred to in paragraph (1) is greater than the Performance improvement in the class of his office, then payable is the Profession Allowance on its general.

Section 9
(1) By the time this Presidential Regulation is in effect, all employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs are obliged to carry out the bureaucratic reform agenda under the provisions of the laws.
(2) The implementation of the bureaucratic reform agenda as referred to in paragraph (1), is monitored and evaluated periodically by the Minister of Religious Affairs and the National Bureaucratic Reform Team, both individually and together.

Section 10
The technical provisions of the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are further regulated by the Minister of Religious Affairs, the Minister of Personnel Minister of Personnel and the Reform of the bureaucracy, and the Minister of Finance, both individually and together according to the field of duty. each.
