ABOUT THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE ALLOWANCE
THE FOREST ECOSYSTEM CONTROLLER
WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD ALMIGHTY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the Organizational Civil Servants are assigned and assigned to the Functional Controller of the Forest Ecosystem, need to be provided with a functional office allowance that matches the workload and job responsibility of the job;

DECIDED: SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE BENEFITS OF OFFICE
FUNCTIONAL CONTROL OF FOREST ECOSYSTEM.
Article 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to by the Functional Office Controller of the Forest Ecosystem, the next so-called Forest Ecosystem Controller Allowance is a given functional office allowance. to the Civil Service appointed and in full use in the Functional Functional Ecosystem of the Forest Ecosystem in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 2
To civil servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Ecosystem Control of the Forest Ecosystem, given the Forest Ecosystem Controller Allowance each month.
Article 3
The magnitude of the Forest Ecosystem allowance as referred to in Section 2 is as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this President's Regulation.
Article 4
Provisioning of the Improvement Forest ecosystem control for civil servants working for the central government. is charged on the State Revenue and Shopping Budget and for the Civil Civil Service working on the local government charged in the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.
Section 5
Granting Allowance Of Forest Ecosystem Control terminated if the Civil Servant as referred to in Section 2, is appointed in a structural position or other functional office or because otherwise resulting in the granting of the allowance is terminated in accordance with the provisions of the law. Section 6
The order of payment and termination of the Forest Ecosystem Controller payment allowance is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 7
At the time the President's Ordinance came into effect, the Presidential Regulation No. 34 of 2007 on the Functional Office Controller of the Forest Ecosystem Controller, revoked and stated did not apply.
Article 8
