ABOUT THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION

NUMBER 4 OF 2010 ON THE ASSIGNMENT TO PT OF THE STATE ELECTRIC COMPANY (PERSERO) TO CONDUCT AN ACCELERATION CONSTRUCTION OF A POWER PLANT THAT

USES RENEWABLE ENERGY, COAL, AND GAS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that the Government is working to realize the fulfillment of the people ' s electricity needs with good quality, equitable, and reasonable prices through the acceleration of the construction of a power plant using renewable energy, coal, and gas;

b. That is, that the Presidential Regulation No. 4 of the Year 2010 on the assignment of PT of the State Electricity Company (Persero) to Accelerate the Construction of the Power Plant, which uses Renewable Energy, Coal, and Gas as it has been Amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 48 of 2011 on the Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2010 on Assignment To PT of State Electricity Company (Persero) to Perform Fast Development

The Power Plant which Uses Renewable Energy, Coal, and Gas manifested in the form of accelerated project development of a power plant using renewable energy, coal, and gas, in its development it still takes time for its completion;

c. that to support the completion of the accelerated construction project the construction of a power plant using renewable energy, coal, and gas, needs to do the second change to the Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2010 on the Assignment of PT The State Electric Company (Persero) to Perform Accelerating the Construction of Electric Power Plants Using Renewable Energy, Coal, and Gas;

d. that based on consideration as in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2010 on the assignment of PT of the State Electric Company (Persero) for the Conducting An Acceleration Of The Construction Of An Electric Power Plant Using Renewable Energy, Coal, And Gas;

Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

2. The Presidential Decree No. 4 of 2010 on Assignment To PT Corporation Electricity Corporation (Persero) to Accelerate Development Of Electric Power Plant which Uses Renewable Energy, Coal, and Gas as amended by the President's Law No. 48 of the Year of 2011 on the Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2010 on Assignment To PT Corporation Electricity Corporation (Persero) to Conduct Accelerating the Construction of the Energy Generating Power Plant Renewable, Coal, and Gas;

ELECTRIC COUNTRY (PERSERO) TO CONDUCT ACCELERATED CONSTRUCTION OF A POWER PLANT THAT USES RENEWABLE ENERGY, COAL, AND GAS.

Article I

Some provisions in the Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2010 on Assignment To PT Companies of State Electricity (Persero) to Conduct Accelerating the Development of Power Plants Using Renewable Energy, Coal, and Gas as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 48 of 2011 on the Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2010 on Assignment To PT of the State Electric Company (Persero) to Perform Acceleration of Development Power plant that uses Renewable Energy, Coal, and Gas, changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Section 4 of the paragraph (2) are amended, so that Article 4 reads as follows:

Article 4

(1) The existence of the construction of a power plant carried out by PT PLN (Persero) as referred to in Article 3, is carried out in accordance with the terms of this Section 4. with the provisions of the laws.

(2) In order to implement the construction of an electric power plant as referred to in paragraph (1), minister, non-ministry head of government agencies, governors, and regent/mayor provide support for the acceleration of the process:

A. Permissions associated with the environment document;

b. release for land procurement; and

c. Release and compensation for transmission lines.

2. The title of BAB VI is changed, so the title BAB VI reads as follows:

3. The provisions of Article 12 are amended, so that Article 12 reads as follows:

Article 12

The Presidential Regulation is in effect from the date set until 31 December 2019.

Article II

The rules of the President begin to take effect on the date of promulcity.
