THROUGH THE NATIONAL ZAKAT AGENCY

In order to optimize the collection and utilization of zakat

to realize community welfare and countermeasures

poverty, with this instruct:

FIRST: Perform co-ordination duties and respective functions-

each with the National Amil Zakat Agency in

the collection of zakat in the scope of the Ministry/Institution,

The General Secretariat State Agency, Secretariat

General of the State Commission, Local Government, Agency

State-owned Enterprises, and Regional Proprietary Enterprises

respectively, by the way:

a. Do the socialization and dissemination of the information

regarding zakat to all employees/employees

who are Islamic in the environment of each instance-

each; and

b. encourages and facilitates employees/employees

who are Islamic in the environment of each other-

each to pay zakat through the Amil Agency

National Zakat.

SECOND:

1. The Home Secretary pushed the governor and

the mayor/mayor to do the optimization

the collection of zakat in the unit of work/organization

the regional device and the Regional Property Agency

through the National Amil Zakat Agency Province/

d. relay reports of the results of the zakat management in

Ministry/Institute, General Secretariat

State agencies, Commission General Secretariat

States, Local Government, Property Agency

Country, and Regional Enterprises Owned related

to the Leadership of the Instancy by busan to

the President through the Minister of Religious.
