PIDIE JAYA ACEH PROVINCE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
INTERIOR MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to order administrative administration in Bireuen Regency and Pidie Jaya Regency, Aceh Province, it needs to be set to the exact area boundary between Bireuen Regency with Pidie Jaya Regency Aceh Province;
B. that the designation of the boundary of the area between Bireuen County with Pidie Jaya Regency as referred to in the letter a has been agreed by the Government of Bireuen Regency and Pidie Jaya Regency which is facilitated by the Government of Aceh Province and approved by the Central Level Area Border Enforcement Team;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Indonesia on the Border of the Regency of Bireuen with Pidie Jaya regency of Aceh Province;
Remembering: 1. Law No. 24 Year 1956 on the Establishment of the Autonomous Region of Aceh Province and the Changing Regulation of the Establishment of the Propinsi of North Sumatra (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 1956 Number 64, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Number of Indonesia) 1103);
2. Act No. 48 of 1999 on the Establishment of Bireuen County and Simeuleu Regency (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 176, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3897) as amended by Law No. 8 Year 2000 on Change of Law Number 48 Year 1999 on the Establishment of Bireuen Regency and Simeuleu Regency (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2000 Number 75, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Number 3963);
3. Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Governing Law (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4437) as amended several times, last by Act Number 12 Year 2008 on Second Change of the Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Local Government (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 59, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4844);
4. Act No. 11 of 2006 on the Government of Aceh (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2006 No. 62, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4633);
5. Law No. 7 Year 2007 on the Establishment of Pidie Jaya Regency in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2007 Number 9, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4683);

7. Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Indonesia Number 76 of 2012 on the Law of Regional Boundary Enforcement (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 1252);
DECIDED:
Establish: REGULATION OF THE INTERIOR MINISTER ABOUT THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY AREA BIPUT EN WITH PIDIE JAYA COUNTY OF ACEH PROVINCE.
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Aceh Province is an autonomous region as referred to in Act No. 24 of 1956 on the Establishment of the Autonomous Region of the Aceh Province and the Changing Regulation of the Establishment of the North Sumatra Province.
2. Bireuen County is an autonomous region as referred to in Act Number 8 of the Year 2000 about the Changes to Act Number 48 of 1999 concerning the Establishment of Bireuen County and Simeuleu County.
3. Pidie Jaya Regency is an autonomous region as referred to in Law Number 7 of 2007 on the Establishment of Pidie Jaya Regency in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province.
4. The next major boundary pillar (PBU) is a pillar mounted as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City which is placed directly on the boundary between the area of the Province/Central Region/City.
5. The next Main Border Boundary Point (PABU) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City laid on the side of the natural or artificial boundary which serves as the boundary line connecteage between the regions Province/Kabupaten/City.
6. The kartometris point of the next abbreviated kindergarten is the points coordinate points defined by the measurement/calculation of the point position using the base map and other maps as complementary.

The boundary of Bireuen County area with Pidie Jaya Regency Aceh Province begins from:
1. Next Straits of Malacca to the South up to PBU 01 with coordinates 5?13 '33,600 "LU and 96?20' 34,700" BT located on the boundary of Gampong Meunasah Lancok District of Bireuen with Gampong Kiran Baroh Subdistrict Term Buya Regency Pidie Jaya, next to the South to PBU 02 with coordinates 5? 12 ' 42,100 " LU and 96? 20 ' 28,200 " BT located on the boundary of Gampong Meunasah Puuk District of Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Kuta Baroh District Two districts of Pidie Jaya Regency;
2. The next PBU 02 to the South to PBU 03 with the 5th coordinates? 11 ' 05.496 " LU and 96? 20 ' 06.459 " Krueng BT located on the boundary of Gampong Cot Meurak Baroh District Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Meugit Kayee Panyang District Bandar Dua regency Pidie Jaya;
3. PBU 03 further south up to PBU 04 with coordinates 5 ?10 '9400 "LU and 96 ?20' 9,200" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah District Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Meurandeh Alue District 2 Regency Pidie Jaya;
4. PBU 04 further south up to PBU 05 with coordinates 5 ?08 '09.356 "LU and 96 ?20' 28.272" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah District Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Krueng Kiran District Two Pidie District Jaya;
5. PBU 05 further southeast up to PBU 06 with coordinates 5 ?07 '32.322 "LU and 96 ?20' 53.494" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah Subdistrict Samalanga Regency Bireuen with Gampong Krueng Kiran District Two Pidie District Jaya;
6. PBU 06 next to the South cuts Alue Buloh and Alue Sayeueng up to PBU 07 with coordinates 5 ?06 '17,584 "LU and 96 ?20' 58.604" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah District Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Krueng Kiran Bandar Dua Regency Pidie Jaya Regency;
7. PBU 07 next to the South until PBU 08 with coordinates 5 ?05 ' 13,072 "LU and 96 ?21'14.447" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah District Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Krueng Kiran District Two Pidie District Jaya;
8. PBU 08 next to the South cuts Alue Eumpheuek and Alue Sagala up to PBU 09 located adjacent to Krueng Samalanga and as Alue Toek Leman with coordinates 5 ?03 ' 57.278 "LU and 96 ?21'08.336" BT located at the limit Gampong Meurah Subdistrict Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Krueng Kiran District 2 Pidie Jaya District;
9. PBU 09 next to the South until PBU 10 with coordinates 5 ?02 ' 02.931 "LU and 96 ?21'49.298" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah District Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Krueng Kiran District Two Pidie District Jaya;
10. PBU 10 further southwest up to PBU 11 located on the border of Krueng Samalanga with coordinates 5 ?00 '41.709 "LU and 96 ?20' 48.015" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah Subdistrict Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Lhok Sandeng Subdistrict of Meurah Two districts of Pidie Jaya;
11. PBU 11 further south cut Krueng River Child Samalanga to PBU 12 with coordinates 4 ?58 '59.205 "LU and 96 ?20' 21.143" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah District Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Lhok "Sandeng Subdistrict Meurah Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya";
12. PBU 12 further southwest up to PBU 13 with coordinates 4 ?57 '49.978 "LU and 96 ?19' 36.655" BT located at the limit of Gampong Meurah Subdistrict Samalanga Regency Bireuen with Gampong Lhok Sandeng District Meurah Two districts Pidie Jaya; and
13. PBU 13 further southeast up to PBU 14 with coordinates 4 ?56 '37.956 "LU and 96 ?20' 47.355" BT located on the border crossing between Gampong Meurah District Samalanga District Bireuen with Gampong Lhok Sandeng Subdistrict Meurah Two Districts of Pidie Jaya and Gampong Blang In the District of Mane County Pidie.
Section 3
The position of PBU/PABU as referred to in Article 2 is fixed and does not change due to the change of gampong name and/or the name of the district.
Section 4
The boundary and boundary coordinates as referred to in Article 2 are listed in the map which are the appendices and the inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 5
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
