THE TENTH CHANGE OVER GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 34 IN 1985
ABOUT AWARDING THE VETERAN ALLOWANCE TO THE VETERAN REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that Veteran's improvement in Government Regulation No. 34 of 1985 as amended last with the Government Regulation No. 30 of 2013, does not correspond to the development of the state;
b. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to establish a Government Regulation on the Tenth Change of Government Regulation No. 34 of 1985 on Veterans ' Allowance to Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 15 Year 2012 on Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 182, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5342);
3. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 1958 on Registration Filtering and Recognition of Veterans Of Independence Of The Republic Of Indonesia (leaf Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1958 Number 65, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 1609);
4. Government Regulation No. 34 Year 1985 on Veterans Allowance To Veterans Of The Republic Of Indonesia (Sheet Country Indonesia Year 1985 Number 49) as amended last nine times with Government Regulation No. 1 30 Years 2013 (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 No. 65);
DECIDED:
"GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE TENTH CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 34 OF 1985" ON THE GRANTING OF VETERANS BENEFITS TO VETERANS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.
Section 1
Some of the provisions in Government Regulation No. 34 of 1985 on the Giving of Veterans Benefits to Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia (the Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1985 No. 49) which have been amended several times with the Government Regulation:
a. Number 34 Year 2001 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2001 Number 57);
b. number 16 Year 2006 (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2006 Number 37);
c. 28 of 2007 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007 Number 62);
No. 34 Year 2008 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 Number 67);
e. Number 12 Year 2009 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 25);
f. Number 33 Year 2010 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 39);
G. Number 19 Year 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 32);
h. Number 23 Year 2012 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 40); and
i. number 30 Year 2013 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 Number 65),
changed as follows: 1. The provisions of Article 4 are changed, so it reads as follows:
Section 4
(1) Veteran improvement is provided to the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia Independence Fighters as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (2) for:
a. Group A of Rp1,363,000 (one million three hundred and sixty-three thousand rupiah) each month;
B. Group B is Rp1,328,000 (one million three hundred and twenty-eight thousand rupiah) each month;
C. Group C is Rp1,274,000 (one million two hundred and seventy-four thousand rupiah) each month;
D. Group D amounted to Rp1,242,000 (one million two hundred and forty-two thousand rupiah) each month; and
e. The E group amounted to Rp1,215,000 (one million two hundred fifteen thousand rupiah) each month.
(2) To the Veterans of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (3) is given the Veterans ' Allowance of Rp1,215,000 (one million two hundred fifteen thousand rupiah) each month.
(3) To the widow, widower, or yatim-orphan of the Veteran Posthumous Defender of the Republic of Indonesia was given an allowance of Rp1,363,000 (one million three hundred sixty-three thousand rupiah).
(4) To Veterans suffering disabilities and/or memory defects as referred to in Section 2 of the letter b and the letter c is granted an additional disability allowance in accordance with the terms applicable to the Indonesian National Armed Forces/Police The Republic of Indonesia is flawed.
2. The provisions of Article 5 are changed so that the whole reads as follows:
Section 5
(1) Veteran improvement given to the Widows/Duda Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia Independence Fighters:
a. Group A of Rp1,237,000 (one million two hundred and thirty-seven thousand rupiah) each month;
B. Group B of Rp1,180,000 (one million hundred and eighty thousand rupiah) each month;
C. Group C of Rp1,125,000 (one million hundred and twenty-five thousand rupiah) each month;
D. A D group of Rp 1,075,000. (one million seventy-five thousand rupiah) each month; and
e. Group E of Rp 1,027,000 (one million twenty-seven thousand rupiah) each month.
(2) Veteran improvement for the janda/duda Veteran Defender of the Republic of Indonesia Independence is Rp 1,027.00 (one million twenty-seven thousand rupiah) each month.
3. The terms referred to in number 1 and number 2 entered into force on 1 January 2014.
Article II
The rules of this Government go into effect on the date of promulgations.
So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitation of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
