CHANGES TO THE OIL AND GAS ACADEMY
BEING A HIGH SCHOOL OF ENERGY AND MINERALS
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to fulfill the needs of educated and professional human resources in the field of energy and mineral resources, it needs to make a change in the form of the Earth Oil and Gas Academy into the High School of Energy and Minerals;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Change of the Academy of Petroleum and Earth Gas to the High School of Energy and Minerals;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
3. Act No. 12 Year 2012 on Higher Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 158, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5336);
4. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 2010 on Management and Hosting Education (State Gazette 2010 Number 23, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 5105) as amended by Regulation (2010). Government Number 66 Of 2010 (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2010 Number 112, Addition Of State Sheet Indonesia No. 5157);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE CHANGE IN OIL AND PETROLEUM ACADEMIES INTO HIGH SCHOOL OF ENERGY AND MINERALS.
Section 1
(1) With the Regulation of this President, the Earth Oil and Gas Academy is transformed its form into the High School of Energy and Minerals.
(2) The next Energy and Mineral High School in the Presidential Regulation is called STEM Akamigas is a college in the Environment Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
(3) The STEM Akamigas are located in Cepu District, Blora Regency, Central Java Province.
Section 2
The academic technical coaching of STEM Akamigas is exercised by the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of education, and the coaching is technically functional by the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of energy and mineral resources.
Section 3
STEM Akamigas organizes academic education and can host vocational education in the fields of energy and mineral resources and if qualified can host profession education in accordance with regulatory provisions It's
Section 4
The funding required for the holding of STEM Akamigas is charged in the State Revenue and Shopping Budget.
Section 5
At the time the President ' s Ordinance comes into effect:
a. All wealth, employees, rights, and liabilities of the Petroleum and Gas Academy are transferred to Akamigas ' wealth, employees, rights, and obligations of the Akamigas; and
B. All educated participants of the Earth's Oil and Gas Academy were transferred to the STEM Akamigas learnants.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of the Regulation of the President, arranged by the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of education, the minister who organizes government affairs in the area of the country's apparatus, the minister of the Organize government affairs in finance, ministers who are organizing government affairs in the fields of energy and mineral resources, and/or Head of the State Board of the State of the State both together and individually in accordance with the Their respective fields are based on rules. Section 7
By the time this Presidential Regulation is in effect, all the provisions of the implementation of the existing Petroleum and Gas Academy of the Earth remain in effect as long as neither contradictory nor yet to the new regulations under this President's Regulation.
Section 8
