ABOUT
THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROUTER DEVICE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATICS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under the provisions of Article 71 of the paragraph (1) of the Government Regulation Number 52 of the Year 2000 concerning the Hosting Telecommunications, mentioning that any device and telecommunications device created, assembled, entered for trading and/or used in the State of the Republic of Indonesia is required to meet technical requirements;
B. that there is a need for the addition of substance to the Indonesian National Standard Electromagnetic Compatibility (SNI EMC) in memory of the development of technology on the device and the discovery of a change in the technical parameters of the Router device. It needs to be adjusted
c. that on the basis of consideration in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Minister of Communications and Informatics Regulations about the Router Device Technical Requirements;
Remembering: 1. Law Number 36 Year 1999 on Telecommunications (State Gazette 1999 Number 154, Additional Gazette State Number 3881);
2. Government Regulation No. 52 Year 2000 on the Hosting Of Telecommunications (State Sheet 2000 Number 107, Additional State Sheet Number 3980);
3. Government Regulation No. 53 Year 2000 on the Use of Radio Frequency Spectrum and Satellite Orbit (State Sheet 2000 Number 108, Additional Gazette State Number 3981);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 55 of 2013 on the Fourth Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 about the Establishment and Organization of the State Ministry;
5. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 56 of 2013 on the Fourth Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 2010 on Occupation, Duty, Functions, Organizational Organizations and the Working Tata of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia;
6. Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM. 3 Years 2001 on the Technical Requirements of Tools and Telecommunications Devices;
7. Regulation and Informatics Minister Rule Number 29 /Per/M. Cominfo/09/ 2008 About Certification Tools And Telecommunications Devices;
8. Rules of Minister for Communications and Informatics Number 17 /PER/M. Kominfo/10/ 2010 on the Organization and the Ministry of Communication and Informatics;
9. Rules of Minister of Communications and Informatics Number 15 /PER.KOMINFO/06/ 2011 on the Word of the Word on some Decree/Regulations of the Minister of Comuniation and Informatics which governs special charge materials in the fields of Post and Telecommunications and Decision/Rule of the Director General of Post and Telecommunications;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS REGULATIONS ON THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF ROUTER DEVICES.
Section 1
Router devices that are created, assembled, entered to be traded and/or used in the State of the Republic of Indonesia are required to follow the technical requirements as set forth in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation. This minister.
Section 2
The execution of testing against Router devices is mandatory on the technical requirements as referred to in Article 1.
Section 3
At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into effect, the Regulation of the Director General of Resources and Postal Devices and Informatics No. 111 /DIRJEN/2008 about the Router Device Technical Requirements were revoked and stated to be not applicable.
Section 4
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
