REGULATION REGULATION NUMBER 15 OF 2012 ON VETERANS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to carry out the provisions of Article 7 of the paragraph (2), Section 12 of the paragraph (1) the letter d, paragraph (2) letter b, paragraph (6), and Article 15 of the paragraph (3) of the Law No. 15 Year 2012 on Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia, need to establish the Presidential Regulation. about the Regulation of the Law No. 15 Year 2012 on Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia;
Remembering: 1.   Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 15 Year 2012 on Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 182, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5342);

DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE REGULATION OF THE CONDUCT OF LAW NUMBER 15 OF 2012 ON VETERANS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, which is referred to:
1. Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia are Indonesian citizens who join the official armed forces recognized by the government who actively participate in a war against other countries and/or fall in battle for the cause of the war. defend and defend the sovereignty of the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia, or the citizens of Indonesia who participate actively in international forces under the mandate of the United Nations to carry out the world peace mission, which has been is set to be the recipient of an Honorary Sign of the Veteran

15. Keveteranan events are an event of a struggle by Indonesian citizens who join the official armed forces recognized by the government, who actively participate in a war against another country. BAB II
KEVETERANAN EVENT
Section 2
The Keveteranan events are set up with the following provisions:

D.   Seroja Keveteranan events between May 21, 1975, to July 17, 1976, which took place in the East Timor region;
e.   The Peace of Peace, which is held in the Garuda Contingent and is actively involved in international forces under the mandate of the United Nations; and
f.   Other Keveteranan events in the future in all/parts of the Union of the Republic of Indonesia.

Section 3
The Keveteranan event as referred to in Article 2 of the letter e and f is set with the Presidential Decree.

BAB III
CERTAIN RIGHTS FOR
VETERANS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
The Kesatu section
Certain Rights Of Rights
Section 4
(1) Certain rights types consist of:
a.   leniation of the Earth Tax payment obligations and Buildings;
B.   Payment of payment costs for the use of passenger transport services;
c. health maintenance guarantee;
D.   leniation of educational expenses;
e.   small and medium business guidance; and
f.   The right to legal protection.
(2) The specific rights as referred to in paragraph (1) are provided to:
a.   Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia Independence Fighters;
B.   Veteran Defenders of the Republic of Indonesia; and
C.   Peace Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Second Part
Payment Breaks
Earth Tax and Building
Section 5
(1) Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2) obtain the payment of the Earth Tax payment and the Building for the Home residence.
(2) The provisions of the payment of the Earth Tax payment and the Buildings as referred to in paragraph (1) are implemented in accordance with the regional policies specified in the local regulations.

The Third Part
Use of Use Charges
Passenger Transport Services Transport
Section 6
(1) Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2) obtain a leniation of payment for the cost of transportation of the country's passenger transport services.
(2) The provisions of the payment of payment for the cost of transportation of the country's passenger transport services as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed in the rules of the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of relations.


The Fourth Part
Health Maintenance Guarantee
Section 7
(1) Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2) obtain a guarantee of health maintenance.
(2) The health care guarantee as referred to in paragraph (1) is governed in accordance with the provisions of the Laws of the Law.

The Fifth Part
Education Cost Relief
Section 8
(1) Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2) obtain the leniation of educational costs.
(2) Leniation of education as referred to in verse (1) may be given to the son of a Veteran of the Republic of Indonesia who is up to 25 (twenty-five) years old and unmarried.
(3) The leniation of the education charge as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) includes:
a.   education/donation costs and field work costs on public schools/public colleges;
B.   priority scholarship and education assistance in public schools/public colleges.
(4) The provisions of the leniation of education fees as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the ministry/institute which organizes education in accordance with their respective authority.

The Sixth Part
Small Business Guidance
and Medium
Section 9
(1) Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2) gain the guidance of small and medium enterprises to improve economic independence.

(2) The provisions of the guidance of small and medium enterprises as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the rules of the minister organizing government affairs in small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Seventh Part
The Right Of Obtaining Legal Protection
Section 10
(1) Veteran of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2) reserves the right to obtain legal protection in order to obtain justice.
(2) The provisions of the right of obtaining legal protection as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister.

BAB IV
FUNERAL AT THE HERO GRAVE PARK

Funeral Rights
Section 11
The funeral rights at TMPNU were given to the Veterans of the Independence Fighters of the Republic of Indonesia who have the Guerrilla Star.

Section 12
Funeral rights in TMPN are given to:
a.   Veterans of the Independence Fighters of the Republic of Indonesia;
B.   Veteran Defenders of the Republic of Indonesia;
C.   Veterans of the Peace of Indonesia; and
D.   Posthumous Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Second Part
Funeral submission
Section 13
(1) The funeral of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia was submitted by the local LVRI Leadership and/or by the deceased family/almarhumah to the local Garnizun.

(2) In terms of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia died in the territory of which no Garnizada, the application of the funeral was performed by the local LVRI Leadership and/or by the deceased family/almarhumah to the National Army's Regional Command. Local Indonesia.
(3) In terms of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia having the right to be buried at TMPNU and will be buried at TMPNU, the family of the deceased/almarhumah immediately reported to the Garnizun Fixed I Jakarta or the Regional Command of the local Indonesian National Army.

Section 14
(1) The submission of the funeral application as referred to in Article 13 required the requirements and completeness.
(2) The terms of the requirements and the agility as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed in the Regulation of the Minister.

Section 15
(1) Veteran body funeral of the Republic of Indonesia is carried out with a military ceremony.
(2) The funeral with or without a military ceremony can be done outside of TMPNU or TMPN, on the request of the deceased/almarhumah family to the Garnizun or the Regional Command of the Indonesian National Army.
(3) In the event of an invasion ceremony, a military funeral was held before the body was placed in the crematorium.
(4) The further provisions of the hosting of the funeral as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and paragraph (3) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister.

The Fourth Part
Financing
Section 16
(1) The funeral expenses for the Veterans ' bodies of the Republic of Indonesia consist of:
a.   Grief money; and
B.   Funeral service costs.
(2) The money of grief as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter a, for the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia which is the status of the PNS/TNI/Polri and the retired PNS/TNI/Polri is provided in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
(3) The money of grief as referred to in verse (1) the letter a is reserved for the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia Beneficiaries of the Republic of Indonesia or janda/duda Veteran of the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Beneficiary of the Republic of Indonesia Veteran Indonesia.
(4) The payment of the grief money as referred to in paragraph (3) is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
(5) The cost of the funeral ceremony as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b is exercised by the Ministry of Defence.

Section 17
The grief money as referred to in Article 16 of the paragraph (3) is set as follows:
a.   if Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia Recipients of the Indonesian National Republic of Indonesia died, to the wife/her husband given the death money of 2 (two) times of the magnitude of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia last;
B.    In the event of a veteran of the Republic of Indonesia, the recipient of a veteran of the Republic of Indonesia died of an orphaned child, given the last year of the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia, which was accepted by the United States. The janda/duda is concerned;
c. if the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia Beneficiaries of the World Veteran Indonesia who died:
1. No leaving isteri/husband, hence the money of the death as referred to in the letter a given to his son;
2. Do not leave a wife/husband or child, then the death money dies as a letter is given to her parents; or
3. does not leave isteri/husband, son, or old man, then the death money dies as a given letter to his heir.
D.   if recipient of the World Veteran Widows/Duda Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia:
1. No child leaving, then the death money dies as referred to in the letter b given to his parents; or
2. Do not leave a child or an old man, then the death money dies as the letter b is given to his heir.

Section 18
In the event of the Posthumous Peace of the Republic of Indonesia, the Indonesian Republic died abroad, the cost of repatriation of the remains until the burial place is borne by the state in accordance with the laws.

BAB V
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 19
By the time the President's Ordinance comes into effect, the rules regarding the submission of certain rights and funeral bodies for the existing Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia remain in effect, until the formation of a new law under the Presidential Regulation. this.

Section 20
The cost of the funeral ceremony for the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 16 of the paragraph (1) the letter b and the quantity of the grief money as referred to in Article 17 are provided in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 21
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
