(2) The temporary Pit Stop as referred to in paragraph (1) is proposed by the Minister to the President.
(3) In case the MPTN Chairman is dismissed while as referred to in paragraph (1), his post is replaced by the MPTN Vice Chairman.
(4) In the event of a court ruling that has a legal force fixed to the concerned not guilty, the Minister proposes to the President to reactivate his post.

Section 13
(1) In the case of the MPTN to stop or be dismissed, the MPTN members are replaced by another candidate derived from the selection results as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (2).
(2) The candidate of a replacement MPTN member is appointed by the President on the Minister ' s proposal.
(3) The candidate of a replacement MPTN member must be derived from the same element as the replaced MPTN member.
(4) The term of the replacement MPTN member as referred to in paragraph (1) is for the remainder of the term of the replaced MPTN Member office.

BAB V
WORK LAYOUT
Section 14
(1) The MPTN ' s advice and consideration as referred to in Article 3 is set based on deliberations for the mufakat.
(2) In the event of deliberation for the mufakat as referred to in paragraph (1) is not achieved, suggestions and considerations are set on the basis of the most votes.

Section 15
(1) The MPTN performs the trial periodically at least 1 (one) times in 1 (one) month or at any time if required.
(2) The MPTN ' s trial as referred to in paragraph (1) may invite other parties to be seen as necessary.

Section 16
MPTN reports the results of the execution of duties to the President periodically every 6 (six) months or at any time if necessary.

Section 17
Further provisions on the MPTN 's work order are set up with the MPTN' s Chair Regulation.


BAB VI
SECRETARIAT
Section 18
(1) The MPTN in carrying out its duties is assisted by the functariat which is functionally performed by one of the working units in the Ministry of Research and Technology.
(2) The MPTN Secretariat is headed by the Chief Secretariat of the MPTN which is ex-officio at the office of the structural officials of eselon II in the Ministry of Research and Technology.
(3) The head of the MPTN Secretariat is appointed and dismissed by the Minister.

Section 19
The MPTN Secretariat has the task of providing technical and administrative support to the MPTN.

Section 20
Further provisions concerning the organization and the work of the MPTN secretariat are governed by the Ordinance of Ministers, with regard to the consideration of ministers who are organizing government affairs in the field of state apparatus and reform. bureaucracy.

BAB VII
FUNDING AND FINANCIAL RIGHTS
Section 21
All funding required for the implementation of the MPTN task is charged to the State Revenue and Shopping Budget via the Ministry of Research and Technology Budget Implementation Filings.

Section 22
(1) Chairman, Vice Chairman, and MPTN members are granted financial rights according to the task and function.
(2) MPTN members are not given pension and/or severance money after quitting or ending up in office.
(3) The provisions of Financial Rights to the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Members of the MPTN as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed with the Presidential Regulation.

BAB VIII
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 23
By the time this Presidential Regulation is in effect, the Minister must have formed the selection Team as referred to as Article 8 of the paragraph (2) in the longest period of 6 (six) months.

Section 24
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.

ection 8
(1) The screening of MPTN member candidates is organized through a selection conducted by the Minister.
(2) In carrying out the selection as referred to in paragraph (1), the Minister forms the Selection Team.
(3) Members of the Selection Team of 7 (seven) people consist of 5 (five) government elements and 2 (two) peoples of the community.
(4) The implementation of the selection of prospective MPTN members is further regulated by the Minister.

Section 9
(1) Selection team proposes prospective MPTN members to the Minister 2 (two) times the number of MPTN members.
(2) The Minister proposes a prospective MPTN member as referred to in paragraph (1) to the President.
(3) The President chooses and sets 7 (seven) people of prospective members as referred to in verse (2), to be appointed to MPTN members.

Section 10
(1) Members of the MPTN who are from the Civil Servants as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (2) are dismissed from his organics office.
(2) In terms of the Civil Servants appointed to the MPTN being discharged with respect as a State employee and/or having entered the age of retirement, the question remains to serve as a member of the MPTN until the end of his term.

Section 11
(1) The MPTN member is dismissed from his post if:
a.   dead of the world;
B.   unable to execute task;
c. resigning;
D.   end of his term;
e.   sentenced to criminal punishment based on court rulings that have had a fixed legal force; or
f.   Doing despicable deeds.
(2) The Pit Stop of the MPTN as referred to in verse (1) the letter b and the letter f is done after the concerned is given the opportunity to defend itself before the MPTN Honor Assembly.
(3) The MPTN ' s Honorary Assembly is formed by the MPTN.
(4) Further provisions on the work of the Honorary Assembly are set up with the MPTN ' s Chairman Regulation.
