ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE GENERAL CORPORATE CAPITAL (PERUM)

THE CREDIT OF CREDIT INDONESIA

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that to improve the structure of the application and increase the business capacity of the General Company (Perum) of the Indonesian Credit Guarantee in order to perform the People's Business Credit for the survival and development of the rill sector activities by enterprise micro, small, and medium to increase the growth of national economies, need to make the addition of the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia ' s capital inclusion into the General Corporate Capital (Perum) of the Indonesian Credit Guarantee which is sourced from the Revenue Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014;

b. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and to carry out the provisions of Article 4 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 Year 2003 on the State-Owed Business Agency, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Addition of the Inclusion Republican State Capital

Indonesia into the Modal Corporate General (Perum) Guarantee Credit Indonesia;

Given: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

2. Law Number 19 of 2003 on the State-owned Enterprises (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 70, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4297);

3. Law No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2004 No. 5, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);

4. Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 Number 182, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5462) as amended by the Law Number 12 Year 2014 on Changes Act No. 23 Year 2013 On Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Gazette 2014 Number 142, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Number 5547);

5. Government Regulation No. 44 of 2005 on the Way of the Inclusion And Entrepreneurship of the State on the State-owned Enterprises and Limited Perseroan (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2005 No. 116, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 4555);

DECIDED:

SET: THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE CAPITAL OF THE GENERAL ENTERPRISE (PERUM) OF INDONESIAN CREDIT GUARANTEE.

Article 1

The State of the Republic of Indonesia conducts the addition of capital inclusion into the capital of the General Enterprise (Perum) Guaranteed Indonesian Credit which is set under Government Regulation No. 41 of 2008 concerning the General Company (Perum) Indonesia Credit Guarantee.

Article 2

(1) The value of the inclusion of the State Capital as referred to in Article 1 of Rp1,300,000.000.00 (one trillion three hundred billion rupiah).

(2) The inclusion of State capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced from the State Budget and Budget Year 2014 Budget.

Article 3

This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulcity.
