Regulation of the Minister of industry Number 67/M-IND/PER/12/2013 about enforcement of Indonesia national standard (SNI) aluminum sulfate Compulsorily; Decide: Define: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of INDUSTRY REGARDING The DESIGNATION Of The CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT INSTITUTIONS In The FRAMEWORK Of The IMPLEMENTATION And SUPERVISION Of The INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) ALUMINUM SULFATE Are Mandatory. Article 1 Designates: a. Product certification agencies (LSPro) which have been accredited as listed on Attachment A of this ministerial regulation to implement the SNI aluminum sulfate; b. Product certification agencies (LSPro) that has not been accredited as stated on the letter B Attachment this ministerial regulation to implement the SNI aluminum sulfate; and c. the laboratory Examiners who are not yet accredited as stated on the letter C Annex this ministerial regulation to carry out testing of Aluminum sulfate. Article 2 (1) LSPro or laboratory Testers as stipulated in article 1 letter b or the letter c, each must process the accreditation to the National Accreditation Committee of at least 6 (six) months from the enactment of the regulation of the Minister of this and reported on developments in accreditation process referred to the head of the Agency for the assessment of policies, the climate and the quality of the industry of the Ministry of industry. Article 4 (1) LSPro and laboratory Testers as referred to in article 1 must report the results of performance testing and certification to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and head of the Agency for the assessment of policies, the climate and the quality of the industry. (2) Report the results of performance referred to in subsection (1) consists of: a. LSPro obligation to deliver: 1. publication of the SPPT-SNI, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI-SNI SPPT revocation and aluminum sulfate, which must be submitted no later than 7 (seven) working days since the publication; 2. recap of the issuance of the SPPT-SNI, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI-SNI SPPT revocation and aluminum sulfate within 1 (one) year, which must be submitted no later than on 5 January of the following year; 3. the development of competence, organization and accreditation LSPro; and b. the duty Laboratory Examiners to submit: 1.
