(3) Further requirements for the program participants For each program that includes activities as referred to in section 7 is governed by the Technical Instructor specified in the Regulation of Deputies.
(4) The recipient of a rolling fund loan from the Rolling Fund Manager (LPDB), is not may receive a Bansos program.
Section 11A
(1) The Mikro Business Requirements and Small Participant: a. listed and/or have business permission; b. have a clear place and address, proven
with a domicile certificate; c. has a type of effort; d. have the number of the following: [2]. have a bank account number on a personal name that is still

f. supporting the social assistance program hosted by other Deputies; and
g. never received a program help with a proof of a statement letter.
(2) Further requirements for the program participants for each program covering activities as referred to in section 7 are governed through a Technical Lead. set in the Deputy Rules.
6. The provisions of Section 12 are amended so that all reads as follows:
Section 12 (1) Candidates of the Program may submit a letter of request
a social assistance program to become a Program Participant to the Deputy Secretary of Cq, and/or SKPD Province/DI, or SKPD County/City.
(2) The application of the social assistance program as referred to in paragraph (1) attaches a letter of recommendation from SKPD Province/DI, or the Municipality/City SKPD that has been verified first.
(3) Submissions submission of the program Social assistance addressed to the Minister of Cq Deputies must be exhaled to SKPD Provincial/DI, SKPD County/City.
(4) Request mail submission addressed to SKPD Provinsi/DI must be exhaled to the Minister cq Deputy and SKPD District/City.
(5) Submissions submission and/or social assistance program proposals addressed to SKPD County/City must be exhaled to the Minister cq of Deputies and SKPD Province.
(6) Further provisions about selection are set in Technical instructions set out in the Deputy Rules.
7. The provisions of Section 14 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:
Section 14
Participant Program has been assigned as mandatory Assistance:
a. complete the requirements as set forth in Section 11 to be submitted as a Program Participant;
b. submitted an application request for assistance to PPK; c. administered the help management well;

d. be solely responsible for the data, information and completeness of the administration provided in the selection phase as well as the use of the program funds as defined;
e. ready to receive sanctions or legal action in accordance with the provisions and regulations applicable to data distrue and misuse of aid; and
f. Making Event News in the event of an extraordinary (force majeur) event that resulted in loss for the Koperative, Mikro and Small Business as the Help recipient in managing the aid.
8. The provisions of Article 15 of the paragraph (2) are changed so that the whole reads as follows:
Article 15 (2) of the Deputy on duty:
a. coordinate with other Deputies in setting up a prospective Program Participant;
b. conduct planning coordination and execution of the Program with related parties at the Central and Regional level;
c. publishes the Technical Lead of the Program; d. perform the socialization of the Program to the relevant parties
at the Central and Regional level;
e. Examines the implementation of the Program's candidate for the Program;
f. assign a candidate for the Program to be a Program Participant based on a selection of the selection results from SKPD Province/DI, and/or SKPD Regency/Kota;
g. assign a candidate for the Program to be submitted directly to the Minister of the Cq Deputy to become a Program Participant after receiving a description of SKPD Provincial/DI, and/or SKPD Regency/Kota; and
h. Administered and continuing the process of application for assistance to the PPK.
9. The provisions of Article 17 and Section 18 are inserted 1 (one) of Article 17A so that it reads as follows:
Article 17A (1) In terms of the program synergity can be implemented with
meeting the criteria: a. improving product quality including its packaging;

b. increase production volume; c. enhance the marketing network; and d. enhance production cost efficiency.
(2) The program synergity as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised with the mapping of the potential alongside the Deputy.
(3) Further provisions as referred to by paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is set with an agreement between the Deputies.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister goes into effect on the date promulgated.
