KUKM/XI/2012 ABOUT the GUIDELINES of the ORGANIZATION of the SOCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS in the FRAMEWORK of the DEVELOPMENT of cooperatives, SMALL and MICRO ENTERPRISES with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of COOPERATIVES and SMALL and MEDIUM ENTERPRISES of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA Considering : a. that to improve the quality of cooperatives, Small and micro enterprises as the movement of people's economy which grew into a strong, healthy, independent and resilient in the face of national and global economies, especially in the mengahadapi economic hardship, facilitating efforts need empowerment through social assistance; b. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a, need to set Regulations the Minister of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises about changes to the regulation of the Minister of State number 07/Per/m. KUKM/XI/2012 about the guidelines of the Organization of the social assistance programs in the framework of the development of cooperatives, Small and micro enterprises. Remember: 1. KUKM/XI/2012 About the guidelines of the Organization of the social assistance programs in the framework of the development of cooperatives, Small And micro enterprises was changed as follows: 1. The provision of article 3 letter c changed so entirely reads as follows: article 3 the purpose of the Program to: c. spur business growth of cooperative members , Cooperatives, as well as micro and Small businessmen, in order to support the efforts of the creation of employment opportunities and poverty reduction as well as economic hardship. 2. The provisions of article 4 of the letter a is changed so entirely reads as follows: article 4 of the target Program for: a. tersalurnya assistance in the framework of the cooperative enterprise development, Micro and Small Businesses; 3. The provisions of article 5 paragraph (1) is amended so that it is entirely reads as follows: article 5 (1) the prospective recipient program participants in this rule are cooperatives, Small and micro enterprises. 4. The provisions of article 12 was changed so entirely reads as follows: article 12 (1) Prospective Program participants may submit a letter of application for social assistance programs to become participants of the Program to the Minister through the Deputy, and/or SEGWAY in, or provincial/district/city SKPD. (2) a letter of application for social assistance programs as intended in paragraph (1) to attach a letter of recommendation from SEGWAY, or provincial/district/city SKPD verified in advance. (3) the filing of a petition for the social assistance program, addressed to Deputy Minister should ditembuskan to cq SEGWAY, SEGWAY at provincial/district/city. Article II of this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
