he Fisheries Supervisor:

a. has been reassigned from the field of fisheries surveillance; b. resigned as the Superintendent of Fisheries;

c. incompetent in the running of his duties;

d. Misuse of authority in the exercise of duties and functions; e. has been assigned as a defendant;

f. Fixed impediation; or g. dismissed as a civil servant.

Article 6 of the Directorate and the dismissal of the Superintendent of Fisheries originating from provincial or county/municipal governments was carried out by the Director General based on the proposal of the Provincial Office of the Ministry of State.

Article 7 (1) Of the Fisheries of Fisheries as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1)

may be appointed as a functional officer of the fishery supervisor by the Minister or the official It is designated as a Service.

(2) Functional officer of the Fisheries Functional Board of Trusts as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised in accordance with the invitational regulations.

Article 8

(1) The Fisheries Act on carrying out the task must be equipped with a duty letter from a direct superior.

(2) The Fisheries Supervisor in carrying out the task should be using: a. Service clothes; and b. attributes.

(3) Further provisions regarding service attire and attributes as referred to in paragraph (2) are governed by the Decree of the Minister.

CHAPTER III OF THE CONDUCT OF THE TASK EXECUTION SECTION

Article 9 Of The Fisheries Act as referred to in Article 3 performing the task at:

a. WPP-NRI; b. fishing vessels; c. fishing ports and/or other designated ports; d. The port of stalks; e. The sentra of fishing activities; f. The area of the fish. Fish cultivation area; h. UPI; and/or i. Water conservation areas.

Article 10 (1) Implementation of the Supervising Board of Trusts in WPP-NRI as

referred to in Article 9 of the letter a, is conducted against:

a. Fishing; b. Fishing and manufacturing of fish; c. transport and distribution of incoming fish to fish; d. the protection of fish types; e. occurrence of the contamination of human conduct;

f. the utilization of the germ plasma; and g. the research and development of fisheries.

(2) The execution of the Superintendent of Fisheries duties as referred to in paragraph (1) is done with:

a. Surveillance patrol; and b. monitoring of fishing vessel movements.

(3) The surveillance patrol as referred to in paragraph (2) letter a, executed for: a. prevent the occurrence of unlawful fisheries activity,

not reported, and unregulated as well as damaging activities of the fish and its environment;

b. examine the completeness and validity of the germ plasma utilization permit;

c. examine the extent of the pollution due to human conduct; d. examine the completeness and the validity of the research permit and

fishery development; and

e. hold other actions according to the law in charge.

(4) The monitoring of the movement of fishing vessels as referred to in paragraph (2) letter b, performed for: a. know of the position, movement, and activity of fishing vessels; b. detect the operational compliance of fishing vessels; and c. rescue (save and rescue) against fishing vessels that

faces problems at sea.

(5) If in surveillance patrols there are fishing boats attempting to escape And/or against and/or endanger the safety of the fishing vessels and/or crew of fishing vessels, the Superintendent of Fisheries may conduct special measures in accordance with the laws.

section 11 (1) The execution of the Superintendent of Fisheries duties on fishing vessels

as referred to in Article 9 of the letter b is performed against: a. Fishing boat; b. fishing boats; c. fish processing vessels; d. fishing boat trainer;

e. the research vessel/fisheries exploration; and f. Fishing support for fish capture and/or

fishers. (2) The implementation of the Fisheries Supervising task as referred to

paragraph (1) is done with:

a. examine the completeness and validity of the SIPI and/or SIKPI, the Operation Laik Letter, and the Screen Approval Letter;

b. examine the completeness and validity of the research permit and development of fisheries;

c. examine the equipment and keactivation of the SPKP; d. inspect fishing vessels, fish capture tools, and/or

fish capture aids;

e. examine the suitability of the composition of the fishing vessels with Crew List;

f. examine the presence of the monitoring on top of a fishing vessel or fishing vessel for a specific size and fishing device;

g. examine the suitability of fish handling on fishing vessels; h. examine the suitability of the catch results with the tool

fishy capture; i. examine the suitability of the type and the amount of fish transported; j. check the suitability of the loading dock/stop for the ship

Article 12

(1) Implementation of the Superintendent of Fisheries duties in fishing ports, other designated ports, tantrums, and sentra of fisheries activities as contemplated in Article 9 of the letter c, the letter d, and the letter e are performed against: a. a ship that will perform fishery activities; b. fishing vessels while entering fisheries ports, ports

other designated ports, fishing ports, and sentra of fishery activities; and

c. fishing vessels performing demolition and/or loading of catch fish or cultivated fish.

(2) The execution of the Superintendent of Fisheries duties as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed with:

A. published SLO nursery; b. conducting fish landing verification in order for publishing

SHTI;

c. check the distribution of imported fish; d. checking the suitability of the number and type of fish with the capture tool

that is used;

e. check the suitability of port ports with SIPI or SIKPI; and

f. examine the suitability of the number and type of living fish life of cultivation.

Article 13 (1) Execution of the Supervising duty of Fisheries in the area rements for being appointed as the Superintendent of Fisheries

as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (3) includes: a. civil servants working in the field of fisheries with

the lowest rank of Level I Young Governing, space II/b;

b. have followed the education and training of the Fisheries Supervising as evidenced by the certificate; and

c. healthy physical and spiritual.

(2) The civil servant as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a, may be from civil servants In the Ministry, provincial government, or district/city government.

(3) Education and training as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, exercised on the basis of the curriculum compiled by the Director General along with the Head of the Marine and Fisheries Human Resources Development Agency.

Article 5

The Fisheries Supervising Pit Stop as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (3), is done if tof fish-forming and

area of fish cultivation as referred to in Article 9 of the letter f and the letter g is performed against: a. the location of the selection and/or homing of the fish; b. The means and amenities of homelessness and/or homelessness

fish;

c. the type of fish cultivated; and d. feed fish and fish drugs.

(2) The implementation of the Fisheries Supervising task as referred to in paragraph (1) is done with:

a. examine the completeness and the validity of the fishing business documents in the field of homelessness;

b. examine the suitability of the means and the infrastructure used; c. examine the suitability of fish feed and fish remedies

which are listed according to its classification; and

d. examine the suitability of genetically modified fish with homelessness documents.

Section 14

(1) The implementation of the Board of Trusts of Fisheries on UPI as referred to in Article 9 of the letter h is performed against:

a. UPI eligibility requirements; b. raw materials and origin of the raw materials of fish processing; c. imported fish; d. Extra food supplies; e. Helper materials and/or tools that harm health

humans and/or the environment; and f. fish processing products.

(2) The execution of the Superintendent of Fisheries duties as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed with: a. examine the completeness and the validity of the business documents

fisheries in the field of fisheries processing consisting of Processing Perpermits and the Certificate of Processing Eligibility (SKP);

b. examine the suitability and validity of HACCP application certificates (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points);

c. examine the suitability of fish processing products with HC (Health Certificate); and

d. Checking the distribution and suitability of imported fish. Section 15

(1) Implementation of the Superintendent of Fisheries in the water conservation area as referred to in Article 9 of the letter i is performed against: a. utilization of conservation areas; and b. utilization of fish and fish genetic types.

(2) The execution of the fisheries supervisor task as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a is performed against the activities: a. Natural tourism waters; b. fish capture and fishery fertilization; and c. research and education.

(3) The execution of the Superintendent of Fisheries duties as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b is carried out against the activities: a. research and development; b. breeding of fish and genetic types of fish; c. trade of fish types and genetic fish; d. aquaria type fish and genetic fish; e. exchange of fish types and genetic fish; and f. The maintenance of fish types and genetic fish for pleasure.

(4) The execution of the Superintendent of Fisheries duties as referred to in paragraph (2) is performed with: a. examine the suitability of the conservation area utilization plan

the waters with the designated zone; b. examine the completeness and validity of the permissions according to

the quality of it; and c. examine the suitability of the means and the infrastructure used

for utilization activities. (5) The implementation of the Fisheries Supervising task as referred to

paragraph (3) is performed with: a. examine the completeness and validity of the suitability permit

utilization of the fish and genetic types of fish; and b. examine the suitability of the means and the infrastructure used

for the utilization of the type and genetic of fish. Section 16

Further provisions of the Technical Lead for the implementation of fisheries surveillance tasks at WPP-NRI, fishing vessels, fishing ports, other designated ports and/or fishing ports and sentra of fishery activities, areas The selection of fish, fish-making, UPI, and water conservation areas, as referred to in Article 10 to Section 15 are specified under the General Director's Rules.

CHAPTER IV FOLLOW-UP

Article 17 (1) If in the execution of fisheries surveillance are found or

CHAPTER V REPORTING

Section 18 (1) Fisheries monitoring activities

is required to create reports and documentation of the results of execution of tasks to the POS/Chief Satker coordinator/Chief Technical Managing Unit (UPT) Monitoring of Marine and Fisheries Resources.

(2) POS/Chief Satker Coordinators as referred to in paragraph (1) perform the recapitulation and analysis of the results of the execution of surveillance activities as well as report to Head of the UPT.

(3) The Head of the UPT Surveillance Resource Monitoring and Fisheries as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) perform the recapitulation, analysis and compilation of the results of the implementation of surveillance activities as well as reporting to the Director General.

(4) The Director-General based on the report as referred to in paragraph (3), if any violation may be subject to administrative sanction, pass a recommendation to the authorized officer to provide the sanction pursuant to the provisions of the laws.

CHAPTER VI COACHING

Section 19 (1) Coaching is conducted by the Director General, the governor, and

the mayor/mayor, which includes technical coaching and administrative coaching.

(2) Technical coaching of the Supervising Fisheries performed by the Director General.

(3) The technical coaching as referred to in paragraph (2) is done through: a. enhanced supervising technical capabilities; b. Socializing; and c. supervision.

(4) Administrative Coaching against the Supervising Fisheries of the Local Government, carried out by: a. Governor and/or appointed officials; b. Regents/mayors and/or appointed officials.

(5) Designated officials as referred to in paragraph (4) as low as the head of the Department of Service responsible in the field of fisheries.

Article 20 of the Minister's Ordinance came into effect on the date promulred.
