REGULATION OF MARINE AND FISHERY MINISTERS

REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 8/PER-KP/2014

ABOUT

GUIDELINES FOR SPECIAL LIBRARIES IN THE MARINE MINISTRY AND FISHERIES ENVIRONMENT

WITH GRACE GOD ALMIGHTY THE MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

ON THE GUIDELINES OF THE HOSTING OF SPECIALIZED LIBRARIES IN THE MARINE MINISTRY AND FISHERIES ENVIRONMENT.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Section of Understanding

Section 1

10. A referral service is a service associated with information granting services and learning guidance.

11. The educational service of the musicians is one of the services in the library of information giving information on how to use the library's tools, so that it can be properly informed of the Ministry's scope.

The intent and purpose

Article 2

(1) The intent of the Minister's Ordinance is a reference to the holding of the Special Library in the Ministry's environment.

CHAPTER II SPECIAL LIBRARY

Section Parts Special Library

Article 4

The Special Library consists of: a. Library of the Ministry is the Special Library managed

by the Working Unit of the General Secretariat; b. Eselon I Work Unit Library is the Special Library which

is managed by the Eselon I Work Unit in the Ministry environment;

c. Technicalabase; and e. shelving.

Article 15 (1) Special Library Service as referred to in

Article 16

CHAPTER V COACHING, MONITORING, AND EVALUATION

Article 23 (1) The Secretary General conducts coaching, monitoring, and evaluation

against the performance and component of the Library of the Ministry. (2) The Ministry Library conducts coaching, monitoring, and

evaluation of the performance and component of the Library of Work Unit Eselon I.

(3) The Eselon Working Unit Library I conduct coaching, monitoring, and evaluation of the the performance and the components of the UPT Library in their respective environments.

(4) The Ministry Library is coordinating with the Eselon I Work Unit Library in order to discuss the monitoring and evaluation of the Eselon I Work Unit Library and the UPT Library under it.

Article 24

(1) Monitoring and evaluation activities are performed every 1 (one) year once, using an evaluation format which refers to the national standard of the Special Library published by the National Library by identifying the components and Special Library accreditation key indicator, i.e.:

a. Special Library Services; b. Work together; c. Collection; d. Organization of Special Library materials; e. Human Resources; f. Building/space, means, prasarana;

g. Budget; h. Special Library management; and i. Special Library collection treatment.

(2) The evaluation results as referred to in paragraph (1) are used as a coaching, monitoring, and evaluation material against the entire Special Library and the consideration material for the execution of activities The next Special Library for the development and advancement of the Special Library.
