FLIGHT NAVIGATION PERSONNEL
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF PERRELATION REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that Section 295 Act No. 1 of 2009 on Aviation mandates regarding requirements, procedures and procedures of license, educational and/or training institutions, and the imposition of administrative sanctions for the Aviation Navigation Personnel is set up with the Minister ' s Rules
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 69 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 69) on the License, Rating, Training and Proficiency Of Navigation Personnel Aviation with the Regulation of Minister of Transportation;
Remembering: 1. Act Number 1 Year 2009 on Flight (Sheet State Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 1, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4956);
2. Government Regulation No. 3 Year 2001 on Security and Flight Safety (State Sheet Indonesia Year 2001 Number 9, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4075);
3. Government Regulation No. 77 Year 2012 concerning Public Company (Perum) Organizing Institution of Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 176);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2013;
5. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan of the Organization, Task and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 56 Year 2013;
6. Regulation Minister Perrelations Number KM 21 Year 2009 on Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 173 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 173) on Audacity Flight Procedure Design (Instrument Flight Procedure Design);
7. Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 60 Year 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Transportation as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 68 of 2013;
8. Regulation of Minister of Transportation Number PM 57 Year 2011 on Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 171 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 171) about the Organizing of Flight Telecommunication Services (Aeronautical Telecommunication) Service Provider) as last amended with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 29 Year 2013;
DECIDED:
Establish: CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATION PART 69 (CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATION PART 69) OF THE LICENSE, RATING, TRAINING AND PROFICIENCY OF FLIGHT NAVIGATION PERSONNEL.
Section 1
(1) Membership Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 69 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 69) of the License, Rating, Training and Proficiency Of Flight Navigation Personnel.
(2) Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 69 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 69) of the License, Rating, Training and Proficiency Of Flight Navigation Personnel as set forth in the Regulation appendix which is a part of not They're separated from these rules
Section 2
Further provisions on Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 69 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 69) of the License, Rating, Training and Proficiency Of Flight Navigation Personnel as referred to in Article 1 are set up with Regulation of the Director General of Air Relations.
Section 3
The Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 69 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 69) of the Licensing Requirements, Training and Management Rating of the Civil Aviation Regulations (Part 69). For Air Traffic Services Personnel Licensing, Rating, and Proficiency Requirements are revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 4
The Director General of the Air Relations conducted the oversight and the imposition of administrative sanctions against the implementation of this Regulation.
Section 5
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
