NATURAL RESOURCE FOREST 2014 BUDGET YEAR
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 27 paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund, it needs to establish the Finance Minister ' s Regulation on the Estimation of the Allocation Of Funds For The Results Of The Natural Resources Of The Year Budget 2014;
Remembering: 1. Law No. 33 of 2004 on the Financial Balance between the Central Government and the Local Government (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2004 No. 126, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4438);
2. Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 Number 182, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5462);
3. Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 137, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4575);
4. Finance Minister Regulation Number 126 /PMK.07/ 2007 on the General Guidelines of Use of Funds For the Result of the Rebozation Fund Natural Resources;
5. Finance Minister Regulation Number 06 /PMK.07/ 2012 on the Implementation and Accouncability of the Transfer Budget to the Regions;
6. Finance Minister Regulation Number 145 /PMK.07/ 2013 on the Alignment of the Transfer Budget to the Regions;
DECIDED:
Establish: FINANCIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON THE ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES RESULTS OF THE 2014 BUDGET YEAR ' S BUDGET.
Section 1
Estimates of the allocation of the Fund for the Natural Resources Results of the 2014 Budget Year 2014 called the Alocation DBH SDA Forestry is based on the estimated acceptance of the Natural Resources of Forestry as specified in Law Number 23 Year 2013 about the State Budget and Shopping Year of the Budget Year 2014.
Section 2
(1) The allocation of DBH SDA Forestry is amounted to Rp1,040,387,889.203.00 (one trillion forty billion three hundred eighty-seven million eight hundred and eighty-nine thousand two hundred three rupiah), consists of:
a. The Forest Utilization Efforts (IIUPH) amounted to Rp55.283.564,798.00 (fifty-five billion two hundred and eighty-three million five hundred and sixty-four thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight rupiah);
B. Provision of Forest Resources (PSDH) amounted to Rp551.240.856.062.00 (five hundred and fifty-one billion two hundred and forty million eight thousand sixty-six thousand sixty-six thousand); and
C. The Rebozation Fund (DR) amounted to Rp433.863.468.343.00 (four hundred thirty-three billion eight hundred and sixty-three million four hundred sixty-eight thousand three hundred and forty-three rupiah).
(2) The allocation of DBH SDA Forestry as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by considering the realization of the acceptance of the Natural Resources of Forestry for 3 (three) years of the last budget.
(3) The Details Of The DBH SDA Allocation 2014 allocation for provincial and county areas/cities are listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of this Minister Regulation.
Section 3
The DBH SDA Allocation Allocation is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
