TATA KEARSIPAN DYNAMIC MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATICS MINISTER,

DRAWS: A. that in order to carry out the mandate of Invite-Invite Number 43 Year 2009 on Kearsipan, the Minister of Communications and Informatics has established the Regulation of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number: 02 /PER/M. KOMINFO/1/ 2009 about the Dynamic Governance of the System Department of Communications and Informatics;

b. that under the Ordinance of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number: 17 /PER/M. KOMINFO/10/ 2010 on the Organization and the Working System of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, there is a change in the duties and functions of the Department of Communication and Informatics become the Ministry of Communications and Informatics;

c. that with the change in duties and functions of the Department of Communication and Informatics to be the Ministry of Communications and Informatics, then

required adjustments to the Ordinance of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number: 02 /PER/M. KOMINFO/1/ 2009 about the Department of Communication and Informatics Coordinating Services;

d. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the Regulations of the Minister of Communication and Informatics about the Dynamic Governance of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics;

Given: 1. Law No. 43 of 2009 on Kearsipan (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 152 in 2009, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5071);

2. Government Regulation No. 34 of 1979 on the Infiltration Of The Archives (the State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1979 Number 51, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 3151);

3. The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State, as amended last by the Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2013 on the Fourth Amendment to the Regulation of the President No. 47 of the Year 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;

4. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State and the Functions of the Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State, as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 56 2013 on the Fourth Amendment to the Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, duties, and Functions of the Ministry of State;

5. Regulation of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number: 17 /PER/M. KOMINFO/10/ 2010 on the Organization and the Working Services of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF COMMUNICATION MINISTERS AND

INFORMATICS ABOUT TATA. KEARSIPAN DYNAMIC MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATICS.

Section 1 (1) All organizational units in the Ministry of Communications environment and

Informatics is required to use Dynamic Governance as a guideline in the hosting of dynamic arcency since creation, use and maintenance, and archive depreciation of records of activities or events in various forms and media in accordance with the development of information and communication technologies.

(2) The Dynamic Kearns as referred to by paragraph (1) listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Minister ' s Regulation this.

Article 2 At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into effect, the Regulation of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number: 02 /PER/M. KOMINFO/1/ 2009 on the Dynamic Kearns of the Department of Communication and Informatics was revoked and declared not applicable.

Article 3

The Minister ' s Regulation is beginning to take effect on the date of the promulcity.
