SET: REGULATION MINISTER OF DEFENSE REGARDING THE MINISTRY OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY IN THE DEFENSE MINISTRY ' S environment.

Article 5 (1) of the Bureau Staff of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Defence

Article 15

(1) The Data/Document Autentic PNS and the TNI on the procurement period/provision as referred to in Article 14 of the letter a consists of: a. cover letter;

c. photocopy of the birth/know certificate of birth certificate has been legalized by authorized officials;

d. Ijazah photocopies/Tamat Sign Letters Learn Primary School, First Middle School, Public Secondary School and College which has been legalized by authorized officials;

e. Police records report from the local Resort Police;

l. drug-free certificate;

m. KTP photocopies are still in effect; and n. a statement letter willing to undergo the Service Bond

(2) Data/Document Autentic PNS and TNI as referred to in paragraph (1) for PNS are added with:

a. The letter of the statement does not become a member/caretaker of one of the parkms; and

b. a letter from the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration.

(3) The data/autentic documents of PNS and TNI as referred to in paragraph (1) for the TNI were added with: a. Unmarried letter:

c. approval of the parent/guardian.

Article 16

(1) Data/Document Autentic PNS and Indonesian Indonesian educational period as referred to in Article 14 of the letter b for the PNS consists of: a. interpret appointment decisions as a PNS candidate;

c. Photocopy of the Graduate Certificate of Education and Training Preposition authorized by authorized officials.

a. copy/photocopy of basic education decisions/depucency;

b. a copy/photocopy of the appointment decree as a soldier;

c. news of the warrior oaths; and d. Copy/photocopy of the first placement decision.

Section 17

(1) Data/Autentic Documents PNS and TNI in the period of use and treatment as referred to in Section 14 of the letter c consists of:

a. a copy/photocopy of the decision/appointment copy of the position;

b. Assignment/return warrant and assignment in/out of the country;

c. Permission mail.-E. copy/photocopy of nikah/talak/rujuk;

f. copy/photocopy of birth/birth certificate/child birth certificate; g. copy/photocopy of the death letter istri/husband/child;

h. a copy/photocopy of the temporary dismissal decision of the post (skorsing);

i. copy/photocopy decision reactivation decision in office;

j. copy/photocopy decision granting of service marks/awards and its own copy of the image;

k. copy/photocopy decision of self-name change and letter change notice of istri/husband/child name change; and

l. Copy/photocopy of the decision to convert the religion. (2) The Data/Document Autentic PNS and TNI as referred to

paragraph (1) for PNS plus: a. interpret the appointment decision as a PNS;

b. The decision of the promotion/demosion to the rank;

c. misstep/command transfer of the office; d. a permit to follow a public education;

e. copy/photocopy Ijasah Dik umum/course/Dikjab is legalized by the authorized officer;

f. PNS appointment news/appointment news;

h. a copy of an annual leave of absence/salin/sakit/outside of the country's dependents and for important reasons;

i. a periodic salary increase warrant;

(3) Data/Document Autentic PNS and TNI as referred to in paragraph (1) for the TNI are added with:

a. copy/photocopy decision of the regular promotion decision, the rise in the rank of battlefield as well as the granting/revocation of local rank and demoation to Ba/Ta;

b. copy/photocopy diploma the decision of a short service bond decision for the mandatory soldier;

c. copy/photocopy diploma the conversion decision of the status transfer from the mandatory soldier to the volunteer warrior;

d. copy/photocopy of a permission letter to follow a soldier ' s education/mail permission to follow a general education;

e. copy/photocopy of advanced public education/soldier education;

Article 18 (1) Data/Document Autentik PNS and TNI in the separation period
