GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF THE STATE EMBLEM.

Section 1

Section 8
The State emblem can be used on:

Section 9

Section 13

Section 14
The use of the State Emblem in Foreign Countries by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia is carried out according to regulations or customs about the use of the foreign coat of arms prevail in the country.

Section 15
(1) Whoever breaches these provisions in chapter 12 and section 15 is punishable by imprisonment for three months or with a fine of five hundred rupiah.

Section 16
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the day of the promulctest.

ABOUT
USE OF THE COUNTRY EMBLEM

GENERAL EXPLANATION

., after the establishment of the coat of arms of the Republic of Indonesia, then who sadja can use it, therefore there is no regulation on the use of the coat of arms of the country.
