PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

., RULES OF THE GOVERNMENT 'S REPLACEMENT LEGISLATION ON OFFICIALS WHO RUN THE PRESIDENT' S JOB, IF THE PRESIDENT IS STOPPED OR IMPEDED, THE VICE PRESIDENT IS NOT THERE OR HINDROUS.

Section 1

.,, (1) In terms of the Vice President no or impedicrate, then if the President is impeded, the First Minister runs the office of the office of the day-to-day President.

.,, (2) In terms of the Vice President does not exist, then if the President mangkat, quit or cannot do its obligations in his term, the First Minister runs the President ' s office of office until there is President.

Section 2

.,, (1) Before running the President ' s office job, then the First Minister must lift the oath or declare a statement according to his religious means in the presence of the President as follows:

" I swear to you that I, in the course of running the office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, to do or not to do something no one will ever accept from anyone, either directly or indirectly, something promises. or grant.
I have sworn that I am in the running of the office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, and will protect the welfare of the Republic of Indonesia, and will protect and defend freedom and general rights. especially the residents of the State.
I pledge allegiance to the Constitution of Indonesia and again that I will maintain all the rules that apply to the Republic of Indonesia, that faithfully will fulfill all obligations that are held to me ".
