(INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT)
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to host international economic relations and in accordance with articles 56, 61, 64 and 65 Chapter VIII of the Order of the People's Consultative Assembly, the State of the People's Consultative Assembly (the Assembly) XXIII/MPRS/1966, and the Order of the Assembly of the People's Consultative Assembly, while the No. XlI/MPRS/1966, necessary for the Republic of Indonesia to return to be a member of the International Monetary Fund (International Monetary Fund) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development);
B. that the re-approval of the Republic of Indonesia in membership of that letter a need to be approved with the und-undance;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (1), section 11, section 20 of the paragraph (1) and section 33 of the Basic Law;
2. Article 56, 61, 64 and 65 Chapter VIII Provisions Of The Assembly Of The People Deliberations While The No. XXIII/MPRS/1966 and the Temporary Assembly Decree Of The People. XII/MPRS/1966;

DECIDED:
By Repeating The 1966 No. 1 Law On The Withdrawal Of The Republic Of Indonesia From Membership Of The International Monetary Fund
(International Monetary Fund) And The International Bank For Reconstruction And Development
(International Bank For Reconstruction And Development);
SET: LEGISLATION ON THE RE-MEMBERSHIP OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND (INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND) AND THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT).
Section 1
Approve the return of the Republic of Indonesia in the International Monetary Fund
(International Monetary Fund) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
(International Bank for Reconstruction and Development) decided in the annual session of the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the 30th (thirty) September 1966 (thousand nine hundred sixty-six) whose copies of the decision in the form of a resolution Attach to this Act.
Section 2
The implementation of this provision in section 1 is governed in accordance with the provisions and the
Articles of Agreement of the
International Monetary Fund and from the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and The provisions of
Resolution International Monetary Fund No. 9 and
Resolution International Bank for Reconstruction and Development No. 7, both set
"membership of Indonesia.".
Section 3
Everything that has not been set up in this Act will be set further with the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Regulation.
Section 4
This law comes into effect on the day of the promulctest.
In order for everyone to be able to find out ordering this Act with the placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
