ABOUT
ADDITION OF THE COUNTRY ' S FORESTRY GENERAL COMPANY PRODUCTION UNIT
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the forest area of the West Java Region as well as other forests has a hydro-orological function which is very panting means for waterways, soil preservation and living environment in the area concerned;
B. that in addition to the hydro-orological function above the forest area in the West Java region has considerable potential to be utilized in order to increase the State's revenues;
c. that it is necessary to do business and entrepreneurship over a forest area in the First Area of West Java in a way that can improve both its hydro-orological function and its potential in order of income income of the State;
D. that PERUM PERHUTANI which was formed with Government Regulation No. 15 Year 1972 and given the task of taking care and seeking forest area in the First Area of Central Java and East Java Level I, is appropriate for a dissertation of duty anyway take care and attempt forest areal in West Java Level I Area;
e. that is therefore considered necessary to retract the affairs of the forestry field, which was originally based on Government Regulation No. 64 Year 1957 has been submitted to the Level I of West Java, as well as adding the PERHUTANI PERUM Workforce Unit with work area covering the entire forest area in West Java Level I Area;
f. that based on those things above are viewed as necessary to keep it in the Government Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) and Article 33 of the Basic Law of 1945

DECIDED:
Establish: Government Regulation on the addition of the country ' s forestry general company production unit.
Section 1
(1) Redrawing the affairs of the forestry field which was originally based on Government Regulation No. 64 of 1957 has been submitted to the West Java Level I Government.
(2) Things arising out of and related to the implementation of the provisions as referred to in paragraph data (1), including the dissolution of the West Java Level I Forest Service, are further regulated by the Local Government with regard to the a hint from the Minister of the Interior and Minister of Agriculture.
Section 2
(1) Adds the State Forestry Public Company Production Unit (PERUM PERHUTANI) with the Working Area covering the entire area of the forest in West Java Level I and called Unit III PERUM PERHUTANI.
(2) Unit III PERUM PERHUTANI as referred to in paragraph (1), place in position in Bandung.
(3) The matters arising out of and related to the execution of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are further regulated by the Minister of Agriculture, under applicable law.
Section 3
(1) All rights and obligations, wealth as well as supplies of the Regional Forestry Department of West Java as a result of disbandment as contemplated data paragraph (2) Article 1 of the switch to PERUM PERHUTANI.
(2) Things arising out of and related to the implementation of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1), are set further jointly by the Minister of Agriculture, the Minister of the Interior, and the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
(1) All employees and workers of the West Java Level I Regional Forest Service were handed over to PERUM PERHUTANI.
(2) The matters arising out of and relating to the implementation of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1), are further regulated by the Minister of Agriculture under applicable law.
Section 5
Capital of PERUM PERHUTANI coupled with the wealth of the separated States received from the Regional Service as referred to in paragraph (1) of Article 1 to the time of its dissolution, the number is set jointly by the Minister of Agriculture, the Finance Minister, and Minister of the Interior cq. Governor/Head of West Java Level I of Java.
Section 6
(1) Unit III PERUM PERHUTANI as referred to in paragraph (1) Section 2, led by a Unit leader consisting of a Unit Chief and a Deputy Head of Unit, each of which is appointed by the Minister of Agriculture on the proposal of the Principal Director PERUM PERHUTANI.
(2) The Head of the Unit is answerable to the Principal Director and the Deputy Chief of Unit is responsible to the Head of the Unit.
Section 7
Governor of West Java, assisting the Minister of Agriculture in carrying out day-to-day guidance and supervision of PERUM PERHUTANI, as referred to in Article 12 of Government Regulation No. 15 of 1972.
Section 8
(1) All provisions as referred to in Government Regulation No. 15 of 1972 apply also to Unit III PERUM PERHUTANI.
(2) Things are not yet quite set up in this Government Regulation, set further by the Minister of Agriculture.
Section 9
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
