UMUM

.,, an attempt to lay human and human harkat in a place that is quite natural in relation to the formation of human Indonesia completely cannot be removed from the efforts of advancing national culture.
.,, Article 32 of the Basic Law of 1945 affirm that "The Government is advancing the national culture of Indonesia".
., the culture is, all the embodiment and the whole of the image, the sense and the carsa of man in the course of the development of human personality with all its relationships, i.e. human relationships with humans, human beings with nature and human relationships with Almighty God.
., the human relationship with the Almighty God has two aspects, religion and culture. The religious aspect is when viewed from his relationship with the revelation of Illahi as well as the Scriptures.
., while the cultural aspect is. When the relationship is seen by the person alone, who claims to do with the Almighty God through the means of devotion or service, for example, in creating buildings of worship, service, worship, and ritual. This aspect is intended in the term "human relationship with the Almighty God" in relation to culture, rather than the religious aspects of the revelation of Illahi.
.,, the embodiment of this sort or all the effort of increasing its repair to its nature is a power that is hard to be given physical value. Given that culture is dynamic and always in development according to the history and development of the nation, it needs to be given a boost to the people of Indonesia to fully strive for culture and personality and character. The nation developed according to Pancasila and the Basic Law of 1945.
.,, one of the strong impetus is to hold a special star that is high for the citizens of the Republic of Indonesia who are credited with advancing national culture. This means that it is necessary to be given an honorary sign of the work that has been able to move the personality and character of the nation towards the advancement of the civilized, cultural and unity, so that it can higher the degree of humanity of the Indonesian nation.
The fruits of this endeavor have also strengthened the form of cultural social unity in the framework of national insight and resilience. It is thus a sign of honor to be given to the citizens of the Republic of Indonesia who have made great contributions to the nation, nation and country in the cultural sphere. The award of the Parama Dharma's Bintang Culture has a confession, a tribute. Preservation, development. Security and security measures in the field of culture.
.,, the Award is given because it is a moral obligation for a nation to reward its citizens who have shown the outcome of work beyond the fulfillment of the demands, its obligations in the field of culture. The award is a sign of honor, a star called the Parama Dharma Culture Star.
.,, Parama means primary and Dharma means obligation, so the Cultural Star of Parama Dharma is a star for those who have donated sublime values as its breaddarma in the field of culture.
