THE APPOINTMENT OF A GREAT HALL EMPLOYEE RESEARCH AND
DEVELOPMENT OF TEXTILE INDUSTRY, GREAT HALL OF RESEARCH
AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF CELLULOSE INDUSTRY, AND BIG HALL
THE DEVELOPMENT OF METALS AND MACHINES INTO CIVIL SERVANTS

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that with Presidential Decree No. 47 of 1979 the Great Hall of Research and Development of Textile Industry, the Great Hall of Research and Development of the Selulosa Industry, and the Great Hall of the Industrial Development of Metals and Machines, are set at the level of the Centre in the environment of the Department of Industry;
B. that being connected to that is necessary to appoint the staff of the Great Hall of Research and Development of Textile Industry, the Great Hall of Research and Development of the Selulosa Industry and the Great Hall of the Industrial Development of Metals and Machines became Employees. Civil Country;

Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Act Number 8 of the Year 1974 on the Poes of Staffers (State Gazette 1974 Number 55, Additional State Sheet Number 3041);
3. Government Regulation Number 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servant Payroll Ordinance (State Gazette 1977 Number 11, Extra State Gazette Number 3098);
4. Government Regulation Number 3 of 1980 on Appointment In The Rank Of Civil Servants (1980 State Sheet Number 6, Additional State Sheet Number 3156);

DECIDED:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF LARGE HALL EMPLOYEES OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ISUDSTRI TEXTILES, LARGE HALL OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF CELLULOSE INDUSTRY, AND LARGE HALL OF DEVELOPMENT OF METALS AND MACHINERY INDUSTRIES INTO EMPLOYEES CIVILIAN LAND.

Section 1
In this Government Regulation, referred to by the employees of the Great Hall of Research and Development of Textile Industry, the Great Hall of Research and Development of the Selulosa Industry, and the Great Hall of the Industrial Development of Metals and Machines are those who On March 31, 1980 had been appointed and served as the employee of the Great Hall of Research and Development of Textile Industry, the Great Hall of Research and Development of the Selulosa Industry, and the Great Hall of the Industrial Development of Metals and Machines.

Section 2
Staff of the Great Hall of Research and Development of Textile Industry, the Great Hall of Research and Development of the Selulosa Industry, and the Great Hall of Industrial Development of Metals and Machines was appointed to be a civil servant in the Department's environment. Industries accounted for on 1 April 1980 with the following provisions:
a. The payroll class of the Great Hall of Research and Development of Textile Industry, the Great Hall of Research and Development of the Selulosa Industry, and the Great Hall of the Industrial Development of Metals and Machines on 31 March 1980, were used as a the basis of the designation of the Civil Servlet of the Civil Service as stated in the Attachment of this Government Regulation;
B. His golf course at the Great Hall of Textile Research and Development, the Great Hall of Research and Industrial Development of Selulosa, and the Great Hall of Metal and Machine Industrial Development, calculated full for the establishment of the principal salary;
(c) The terms of this section will be used to provide the following terms and terms in the IBM International Service (s).
D. His work at the Great Hall of Research and Development of Textile Industry, the Great Hall of Research and Development of the Selulosa Industry and the Great Hall of the Industrial Development of Metals and Machines were fully counted as a period of work for the resettlement.

Section 3
(1) Steering of the Large Hall Research and Development of Textile Industry, the Great Hall of Research and Development of the Selulosa Industry, and the Great Hall of Industrial Development of Metals and Machines as referred to in Article 2, is set with The decision of the head of the State Administration Administration.
(2) The next employee (s) to the Civil Servant as referred to in the paragraph (1) is specified by the authorized officer in accordance with applicable laws.

Section 4
The technical provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation, further established by the Minister of Industry, the Minister of Finance, and the Head of the Administrative Board of the State of State, are either jointly or individually according to the the field of their respective duties.

Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
