JO. THE DECISION OF THE 47-YEAR-OLD PRESIDENTIAL DECISION.
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that in accordance with the development of Government activities and in order to further enhance the subject matter of the Department of Religion as well as to be adapted to the arrangement of the Cabinet of Development III is seen needing to hold an arrangement The organization of the Department of Religious Affairs as referred to in Annex 14 of Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 30 of 1978 jo. The Decision of the President No. 47 of 1979;

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree No. 44 of 1974 on the Poes of the Organization of the Department;
3. Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974 on Susunan of the Organization of the Department;
4. Presidential Decree No. 30 of 1978 on the Change of Annex 14 Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974 on Susunan of the Organization of the Department;
5. Presidential Decree No. 47 of 1979 on Change Annex 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11; 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 Presidential Decree Number 45 Year 1974 on Susunan Organization of the Department;
6. Presidential Decree Number 59 /M Year 1978 on the Establishment of the Establishing Cabinet III Cabinet

DECIDED:

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE CHANGE OF ARTICLE 9 OF APPENDIX 14 OF THE PRESIDENT ' S 14-YEAR 1974 PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF DEPARTMENT ORGANIZATIONS AS AMENDED BY THE DECISION OF PRESIDENT NUMBER 30 OF 1978 JO. PRESIDENT NOMOR47 ' S 1979 DECISION.

Section 1
Change Article 9 of Annex 14 Presidential Decree No. 45 Year 1974 jis. The decision of President Number 30 of 1978 and Presidential Decree No. 47 of 1979 so that the whole reads as set forth in the Presidential Decree of this President. .

Section II
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
