BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
., 1. The Social Welfare effort is all programs, efforts, and activities aimed at realizing, fostering, maintaining, restoring, and developing social welfare, as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2) Act No. 6 of 1974 about the provisions of the Social Welfare Pokok provisions;

BAB II
COLLECTION EFFORT

Section 2
The collection of donations is exercised on the basis of permission from the authorized Officer.

Section 3

The purpose of collecting donations is to improve activities in the field:

Section 5
(1) The collection of donations can be held in a way:

PERMISSIONS OF THE PERMIT

Section 7
The application for the collection of donation licenses is submitted by the applicant's organization to:

Section 9

PERIZs

Section 10
The donation collection permit may only be granted to the applicant organization after meeting the requirements as set out in Section 3, Section 4, and Section 5.

Section 11

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

Section 21
