BUDGET YEAR 1980/1981
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that the Sumsourced of the Budget Office of Rutin and the Source Budget of the Budget Year 1980/1981, which was passed and promulred with Law No. 1 of the Year 1980 need to be further detailed into the Section, Post and Eye The budget according to each Department/Institution is concerned.
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 23 of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Indische Comptabiliteitswet (Stbl. 1925 No. 448), as amended and supplementary, last with Law Number 9 of 1968 (State Sheet 1968 Number 53, Additional Gazette number 2860);
3. Law No. 1 of 1980 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 1980/1981 (State Sheet of 1980 Number 14, Additional Gazette number 3159);
4. Regelen Voor het Administratief Beheer (Stbl. 1933 No. 381), as amended and augmented;
5. Presidential Decree No. 14A of 1980 on the Implementation of the State Budget and Shopping Budget;
6. Decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 59 /M of 1978 on the Establishment of the Cabinet of Development III;
DECIDED:
SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DETAILS OF A ROUTINE BUDGET SOURCE AND THE SOURCE OF THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1980/1981.
Section 1
Amount for the Sumsourced Aggaran of the Rutin Year of the Budget 1980/1981, as set forth in Appendix I of the Law No. 1 of 1980, further detailed into Section, Post and Budget Eyes according to each Department/Institution concerned as contained in Appendix A. 1 to the A. 5, and Appendix B of this President ' s Decision.
Section 2
Amounts for the Budget of the Budget Year 1980/1981, as set forth in Appendix II of the Law No. 1 of 1980, are further detailed into the Section, Post and Angaran Eyes according to the Department/Institution concerned as contained in this President's Decision Annex C.
Section 3
Halhal is not yet quite set up in the Presidential Decree this is set further by the Finance Minister.
Section 4
The President's decision to come into effect on the date is set and has receded power since April 1, 1980.
