BUDGET YEAR 1980/1981
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that the United States Budget Year Shopping Budget 1980/1981 passed and promulred with Law No. 1 of 1980 needed to be further detailed into the program, activities, Department/Institute concerned and type expenses;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 23 of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Indische Comptabiliteitswet (Stbl. 1925 No. 448), as amended and supplementary, last with Law Number 9 of 1968 (State Sheet 1968 Number 53, Additional Gazette number 2860);
3. Law No. 1 of 1980 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 1980/1981 (State Sheet of 1980 Number 14, Additional Gazette Number 3159);
4. Regelen Voor het Administratief Beheer (Stbl. 1933 No. 381), as amended and augmented;
5. Presidential Decree No. 14A of 1980 on the Implementation of the State Budget and Shopping Budget;
6. Presidential Decree Number 59 /M Year 1978 on the Establishment of the III Development Cabinet;
DECIDED:
Establishing: DECISIONS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DETAILS OF A ROUTINE SHOPPING SPREE OF THE YEAR 1980/1981.
Section 1
(1) Sub SectorSub Sector of the State Shopping Budget Year 1980/1981 as amended and promultored with Law Number 1 of 1980 (Appendix III), detailed into the program and Department/Institution concerned as contained in this Attachment and Appendix B of this Presidential Decree.
(2) Further details of what is indicated in the paragraph (1) of this section up to the activities and types of expenditure according to each Department/Institution specified as contained in Annex C. 1 to the C. 27 Decision of this President.
Section 2
(1) The sum of the number of charges in and or between activities as well as between programs is performed in accordance with the provisions of the stated terms in Article 49 of the paragraph (1) to the paragraph (9) of the Presidential Decree No. 14A of the Year 1980.
(2) The implementation of the provisions of paragraph (1) of this section is further regulated by the Minister of Finance.
Section 3
Halhal is yet to be quite set up in this President ' s Decision, set further by the Finance Minister.
Section 4
The President's decision to come into effect on the date is set and has receded power since April 1, 1980.
