ABOUT THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE DEPARTMENT
AS IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES ALTERED,
LAST WITH THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION NUMBER 22, 1980
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESLA,
Weighing: that in accordance with the development of governance activities and in order to further enhance the Department ' s principal duties as well as to be adjusted to the Susunan of the Development Cabinet III, is seen needing to hold a change of Susunan Department of the Interior, Department of Finance as well as the Department of Commerce and Operations, as referred to in Appendix 1, Annex 5, and Annex 6, Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974, as have been several times amended, last with Presidential Decree No. 22 of 1980.
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree No. 44 of 1974 on the Poes of the Organization of the Department;
3. Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974 on Susunan of the Organization of the Department;
4. Presidential Decree Number 12 Year 1976 on the Change of Annex 5 Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974 on Susunan of the Organization of the Department;
5. Presidential Decree Number 6 of 1977 on the Change of Article 7 Annex 10 decision of President No. 45 of 1974 on Susunan of the Organization of the Department;
6. Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1978 on the Change of Some Articles of Annex 5, 6, 9, and 16 Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974 on the Susunan Organization Department, as amended by Presidential Decree Number 12 of 1976 jo. The Presidential Decree No. 6 of 1977;

DECIDED:
SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE CHANGES OF SOME ARTICLES FROM APPENDIX 1, ANNEX 5, AND ANNEX 6, DECISION PRESIDENT NUMBER 45 OF 1974 ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT AS IT HAS BEEN CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES, LAST WITH THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION NUMBER 22 IN 1980.
Section 1
Changing some of the Articles of Appendix 1, Annex 5, and Annex 6, Presidential Decree Number 45 of 1974, as follows:
1. Attachment 1 Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974:
a. In Section 3
1. Plus one new provision becomes paragraph (6) that reads:
"Directorate General of Regional Development".
2. Ayatverse (6), (7), (8), (9) and verse (10) long changed to ayatayat (7), (8), (9), (10), and new verse (11).
B. In Section 5
1. Verse (2) is changed so it reads:
"Office Inspector of the Department of the Interior"
2. Verse (3) is changed so it reads:
"Inspector KeEmployees"
3. Verse (4) is changed so it reads:
"Inspector Agrarian"
4. Verse (5) is changed so it reads:
"DISTRICT INSPECTOR"
5. Verse (6) is changed so it reads:
"Area Inspector II"
6. Verse (7) is changed so it reads:

7. Verse (8) changed so it reads:

8. Plus six new provisions being verses (9), (10), (11), (12), (13), and the new verse (14) reads:

C. In Article 7
1. Verse (2) is changed so it reads:

3. Verse (4) is changed so that it is bunkside:
"Urban Development Coaching Directorate"
4. Verse (5) is changed so it reads:
"Regional Finance Directorate"
5. Verse (6) is changed so it reads:
"lnvesting Directorate of Regional Wealth"
D. Plus one new provision becomes the new Article 8 that reads:
" The Regional Development General Directorate consists of:
(1) General Directorate General.
(2) The Directorate Of Development Of Regional Development Of The Area I.
(3) The Directorate Of Development Of Regional Development Of The Area II.
(4) The Directorate Of Development Of Area Development Programs.
e. Section 8 is long changed to the new Section 9
1. Verse (2) is changed so it reads:
"The Village Development Directorate"
2. Verse (3) is changed so it reads:
"Directorate of Prisoners Of The Village"
3. Verse (4) is changed so it reads:
"The Rural Development Development Directorate"
4. Verse (5) is changed so it reads:
"Directorate Of Settlements and Village Prasarana"
f. Chapters 9, 10, 11 and Article 12 are long changed to Pasalarticle 10, new 11,12.13.
2. Attachment 5 Decision Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1974.
a. In Section 4
1. Verse (5), changed so it reads:

2. Verse (7), deleted
3. Verse (8) long time to verse (7).
B. In Section 5
1. Verse (3) is changed so it reads:

2. Plus two new provisions to be verses (4) and the new paragraph (7) that reads:

C. In Article 9
1. Verse (4), changed so it reads:

D. In Article 12 jis Section 11 of the Articles of Presidential Decree Number 12 of 1976 and Article I figure 1 letter d Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1978.
1. Verse (2) is changed so it reads:

2. Plus one new provision becomes the new paragraph (7) that reads:
"Center for Public Finance Education and Practice"
3. Annex 6 Decision President Number 45 Of 1974.
In Article 7.
