CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESTORATION OF THE PROCLAMATOR TOMB
INDEPENDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA BUNG HATTA
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to reward and perpetuate the services of the State Independence Proklamator of the Republic of Indonesia, it is necessary to establish the restoration of the Indonesian National Independence Tomb of the Republic of Indonesia Bung Hatta at the General Usage "Jakarta-Kusir Land".
B. that for such purposes at number 1 is seen to need to establish the Managing Development of the Proclamator of the Republic of Indonesia's Republic of Indonesia Independence Tomb.
Given: Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945.

BAB I
UNJUM PROVISIONS
Chapter 1.
Construction of the Reclamation of the Proclamator of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia Bung Hatta at the Jakarta Public Cemetery next in the Decree of the President is abbreviated as the Development Project of the Royal Tomb of the Proclamator, executed based on the Plan approved by the President.

INSTITUTIONAL, TASK, ARRANGEMENT
Section 2
(1) The Implementation Of The Restoration Project Of The Proklamator Tomb Restoration Project is organized by the Directors of the Development Project of the Proclamators Tomb, which for the next time in the Presidential Decree is called Project Directors.
(2) Susunan, duties, and responsibilities of the Project are specified in Article 3 of this President's Decision.
Section 3
(1) The Project ' s Directors are the Managing Director of the Sustainable Development Project of the Proklamator Tomb which consists of:
a. Cabinet Secretary of the Republic of Indonesia-as Chairman of the Cabinet-as the Member
B. Director General Copyright Works by the Department of Work-as a Deputy Chairman of the Member
C. ZarIons Zaghlul, SH, Staff Expert Minister/State Secretary-as the Member of the Member
D. (Officials from the Government of Jakarta)-as Members
(2) The Project Directors have the following tasks:
a. Prepare for the Proclamator Tomb restoration plan until the stage is ready to be built and designate the Event as the planner and Superintendent of the Execution of the Tomb's Restoration Project;
B. Designating the Managing Editor as well as researching the magnitude of the costs required for the construction of the Replay of the Proclamator Tomb;
C. Led to the implementation of the Construction of the Reclamation of the Proclamator of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia Bung hatta at the Public Cemetery of the Kusir Land, Jakarta in accordance with the Plan
D. Responsible for the completion of the construction project of the Reclamation of the Proclamator Tomb.
(3) In carrying out its duties the Project ' s Directors are responsible to the President and the day-to-day getting directions and guidance.
Section 4
(1) The Project Guidance Team consists of.
a. Minister/State Secretary-as the Speaker of the Member
B. Public Works Minister-as Member
C. Governor of the Special Region of the Capital Jakarta-as a Member
D. Pangdam V/Jayakarta-as a Member
(2) Project Guide Guide on duty;
a. Supervising the implementation of the Proclamator Tomb-the Burial Project;
B. Provides guidance and guidance on the implementation of the Project.
Section 5
