PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that for the sake of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of governance and development in the area, then the seat of the Southern Lampung Regional Regency Government is seen as necessary to be moved from within the Regional Municipal Area. Level II Cape Coral/Gulf Betung to a more precise and better location in the Southern Lampung Area II Area District;
B. that based on the results of the research, the Kelurahan of Kalianda, the Great Earth Kelurahan, and the Kelurahan Way of Urang in the Beauty of Kalianda, the Southern Lampung Area District District is seen as qualified as the Kabupaten.County Capital Region. Southern Lampung;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law No. 28 of 1959 on Penetration Invite-invite Emergency Number 4 Year 1956 (State Sheet Of 1956 Number 55), Emergency Law Number 5 Of 1956 (State Sheet Of 1956 Number 56), and Emergency Law Of 1956 Number 6 (state Gazette of 1956 No. 57) of the Establishment of Level II including the Kotapraja in the area of South Sumatra's Grade I as the Act (State Sheet 1959 Number 73, Additional Gazette number of 1821);
3. Law No. 5 Year 1974 on Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette State Number 3037);
DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE TRANSFER OF CAPITAL OF DISTRICT II LEVEL II SOUTH OF THE MUNICIPALITY AREA II TANJUNG CORAL /GULF BETUNG TO KOTA KALIANDA IN DISTRICT KALIANDA DISTRICT DISTRICT LEVEL II LAM CLAY SOUTH.
Section 1
(1) The capital of the South Lampung Area Regency moved its second place from the Cape Coral/Bay Area II Area District to Kalianda, in Kalianda District, South Lampung Area District, which It's called Kalianda City.
(2) The City of Kalianda as referred to in paragraph (1) has the following boundaries:
a. The North is bounded by the Lubuk Village;
B. To the east is bounded by the crooked soil of Kalianda, the village of Kedaton, and the village of Buahberak;
C. The South is restricted to Maja Village;
D. To the west is bounded by the Gulf of Bethung and the Bay of Lampung, as illustrated on the attached map.
(3) The capital of the South Lampung Region Region as referred to in paragraph (1) includes a portion of the District of Kalianda Subdistrict consisting of:
1. Your Kalikity;
2. The Great Earth Kelurahan;
3. Keep the Way Urang.
Section 2
(1) The Southern Lampung Group II Government is based in the City of Kalianda.
(2) The seat of the Vertical Instance of the Level II of the Southern Lampung Region is adjusted to the seat of the Southern Lampung Region's Regional Government as referred to in Article 1.
Section 3
(1) The financing required for the transfer of the South Lampung Region II Regional Capital District as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) is charged on the Regional Government budget in accordance with applicable laws.
(2) The matters arising out of and relating to the execution of the provisions as referred to in Section 1 of the paragraph (1) of which the Vertical Instance of the Vertical Instance is further governed by the Minister who oversees the Vertical Instance of the Cloud Service. concerned and the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
Things are not yet quite set up in this Government Regulation, set further by the Minister of the Interior in accordance with the applicable laws.
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
