SOUTH SULAWESI STATE FISHERIES COMPANY /SOUTHEAST
AND ITS INCORPORATION INTO THE PERSEROAN COMPANY (PERSERO)
PT GREAT SAMODRA FISHERY
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the East Java State Fisheries Company and the South Sulawesi/Southeast Sulawesi State Fisheries Company were each established under Government Regulation No. 46 of 1961 (State Sheet of 1961 Number 67, Additional Gazette Number Country 2201) and the Government Regulation of 1961 Number 49 (State Sheet of 1961 Number 70, Additional Gazette number 2204) is a unit of effort in the field of fisheries;
B. that in order to increase productivity, efficiency and venture activities in the field of fisheries is seen as necessary to combine the East Java State Fisheries Company and the South/Southeast Sulawesi State Fisheries Company into the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Fisheries of Great Samodra;
c. that connecting with such matters in the letter a and the letter b, need to be specified in the Government Regulation

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE DISSOLUTION OF EAST JAVA STATE FISHING COMPANY AND SOUTH SULAWESI COUNTRY FISHERY COMPANY AND ITS INCORPORATION INTO THE LARGE SAMODRA FISHING COMPANY (PERSERO) PT.
BAB I
DISSOLUTION AND MERGE
Section 1
(1) East Java State Fisheries and Fisheries Corporation of South/Southeast Sulawesi which were each established under Government Regulation No. 46 of 1961 and Government Regulation No. 49 Year 1961 was declared disbanding and incorporated into the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) PT Fisheries Samodra Besar each as a unit of effort of the PERSERO.
(2) By joining the East Java Country Fisheries Company and the South Sulawesi State Fisheries Company/Southeast into the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) PT Fisheries Samodra Besar as referred to in paragraph (1) State Fisheries Company East Java and the South Sulawesi/Southeast Asian Fisheries Company were declared dissolved at the time of transfer of rights, and liabilities and wealth into the Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Great Samodra fishery.
(3) As a likwidatur in the implementation of the dissolution of the East Java State Fisheries Company and the South Sulawesi State Fisheries Company as referred to in paragraph (2), designated a Team/Panitia whose membership is composed of Representative of the Department of Agriculture, Department of Finance, East Java State Fisheries Company, South Sulawesi State Fisheries Company, and other Instances deemed necessary.
(4) The implementation of the establishment, details of tasks, workdays, financing, and other matters relating to the implementation of the Team/Panitia task as referred to in paragraph (3) is further regulated by the Minister of Agriculture.
(5) The concern of the responsibility of the likwidatur as referred to in verse (3) is carried out by the Minister of Agriculture based on the examination results of the Directorate General of Financial Oversight of the State, the Treasury Department.
BAB II
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 2
The entire wealth of the country embedded in the East Java State Fisheries Company and the South/Southeast Sulawesi State Fisheries Company at the time of its dissolution was diverted and addled the inclusion of the State Capital of Indonesia on the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Fisheries The Great Samodra.
Section 3
The value of the wealth as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) is set by the Minister of Finance based on the calculation results conducted with the Department of Finance and the Department of Agriculture.
Section 4
Execution of everything related to the addition of the inclusion of the State capital on the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Great Samodra fisheries as referred to in Article 2 include changes in the Basic Budget the Company is carried out by the Minister of Finance with the right of substitution to the Minister of Agriculture, with regard to the laws of the applies.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 5
(1) Calculate from the time given the rights and liabilities as well as the wealth of the East Java Country Fisheries Company and the South Sulawesi State Fisheries Company/Southeast into the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Fisheries Samodra Besar as Referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2), Government Regulation Number 46 of 1961 (State Gazette 1961 number 67, additional state sheet number 2201) Government regulation of 1961 Number 49 (State Gazette 1961 number 70, additional sheet of state Number 2204) and all of its implementation rules were declared no longer valid.
(2) Things that have not been set up in this Government Regulation shall be further set up with its own laws
Section 6
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
