PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the dormitory needs for students in the cities that have colleges are increasingly increasing so that each year exceeds the capacity provided;
B. that the provision of student dormitory with all means of support is a staple requirement for the successful development and coaching of the young generation in demanding science in the college;
c. that the management of student dormitory by students in the form of cooperatives need to be scouted and developed;
D. that the handling of student dormitory development problems for universities across Indonesia needs to be implemented in a unified and coordinated way, in order for the provision of dormitory provision for students in cities that have colleges can Be full of good;
e. That therefore needs to be regulated coordinating the handling of the student dormitory development problem;

Establish: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF STUDENT DORMITORY FOR COLLEGES ACROSS INDONESIA.
Section 1

Student dormitory development is conducted in a unified and coordinated.
Section 3
The Finance Minister guarantees the procurement and provision of student dormitory development funds in accordance with the country ' s financial provisions as well as governing the management and use of such development funds.
Section 4
The Minister for Education and Culture is tasked with fostering student dormitory as part of a high educational means in order for college development to be a scientific society.
Section 5
The Young Minister of Youth Affairs is tasked with growing, nurtured awareness, understanding as well as student briefings in the framework of coaching and mobilization of youth for cooperative activities and participating in development.
Section 6
The Young Minister of Cooperative Affairs is tasked with fostering and developing Indonesian Youth operations both at the Primary and Secondary levels in the management of student dormitory.
Section 7
The Young Minister of Public Housing Affairs is tasked with coordinating the wisdom of implementation of the student dormitory development program.
Section 8
The officials above in their respective fields or together provide guidance and supervision over the implementation of this Presidential Decree.
Section 9
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
