BUDGET YEAR 1981/1982
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that Rutin ' s Budget Sources and Budget Year Development Sources 1981/1982, which had been passed and promulred with Law No. 1 of 1981 need to be further detailed into the Section, Post and Mata Budget by each -- each Department/Institution is concerned;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 23 of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Indonesische Comptabiliteitswet (The Staatsblad of 1925 Number 448), as has been several times amended, last with Law Number 9 of 1968 (State Sheet of 1968 Number 53, Additional Gazette number 2860);
3. Act No. 1 of 1981 on the Budget and State Shopping of the Budget of 1981/1982 (State Sheet of 1981 Number 9, Additional Gazette number 3191);
4. Regulation of the State Financial Services Act (Regelen voor het Administratief Beheer) (Staatsblad of 1933 Number 381), as amended and augmented;
5. Decision President Number 59 /M Year 1978 on the Establishment of the Development Cabinet III
6. Presidential Decree No. 14A 1980 on the implementation of the State Budget and Shopping Budget, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 18 of 1981.

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DETAILS OF REGULAR BUDGET SOURCES AND A SOURCE OF THE BUDGET BUDGET OF THE BUDGET YEAR 1981/1 982.
Section 1
Amounts for the Bill of Budget Year 1981/1982, as set forth in Appendix I of the Law No. 1 Year 1981, are further detailed into the Section, Post, and Budget Eyes according to each Department/Institution concerned as listed in Annex A. 1 to the A. 5, and Appendix B of this President ' s Decision.
Section 2
Amounts for Budget Year Development Budget 1981/1 982, as set forth in Appendix II of the Law No. 1 Year 1981, are further detailed into the Section, Post, and Budget Eyes according to the Department/Institute concerned as contained in Appendix C of this President ' s Decision.
Section 3
Things are not quite set up in this President ' s Decision, set further by the Finance Minister.
Section 4
The President's decision to come into effect on the date is set and has receded power since April 1, 1981.
