b. that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia is not objected to legalize the "Loan Agreement" mentioned above;
Remember: 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) and article 11 of the Constitution of 1945;
2. the mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the head of the House of representatives on 22 August 1960 Number 2826/H K/60;
Decide: define: first: Legalize "Loan Agreement (Greater Bandung Electric Power Distribution Project) between the Republic of Indonesia and Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development", as a result of negotiations between the delegations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the delegation "Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development" which was signed in Kuwait on July 14, 1981, as attached to this presidential decree.

Thus agreement has been reached between the two sides in accordance with the Annex which reads as follows in the first Article of the borrower has the right to attract cash loans up to a maximum limit of five million seven hundred thousand Kuwait Dinar (KD. 5.700.000 @ bedanji and the borrower shall not exceed the amount of this money while advancing the withdrawal requests from borrowed money and that is in accordance with what has been understood and mutually agreed concerning the legal interpretation of article 3 of the loan agreement.
Second article in connection with the above, the borrower will pay the loan principal amount within the limits of the maximum referred to in the foregoing alenia and construed in accordance with it any notice to borrow to the payment of the loan.
The third section Begins from the date of this Annex, upon signing the payment schedule listed in Schedule 1 of the Annex is replaced by the payment schedule listed in Schedule 1 of the agreement on the loan.
