FIRST:
"Loan Agreement (Greater Bandung Electric Power Distribution Project) between Republic of Indonesia and Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development", as a result of negotiations between a delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and a delegation of " Kuwait The Fund for Arab Economic Development " which had been signed in Kuwait on July 14, 1981, as attached to this President ' s Decision.

On the 14th. 7. 1981 between the Republic of Indonesia (later called Borrower) and Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (subsequently called Al sanduq).

That in accordance with this perj ian pinj safe and which was signed on April 10, 1977 (subsequently called the Agreement), Al sanduq has provided to the Loan Loan of Eight Million Hundred Thousand Kuar Dinars (KD. 8.800,000) to assist in financing the foreign currency fare for the Electrical Distribution Project in Bandung (later called the Project).

That the Borrower, based on a reliable estimate, takes into account now that the fare will not exceed the same amount as the Five Million Thousand Dinars of Kuwait (KD.5.700,000).

Thus has been reached agreement between the two parties in accordance with the Annex that reads as follows

First section
The borrower has the right to withdraw a loan to a maximum of five million thousand thousand thousand denarii Dinars (KD.5.700,000 @ and the bedanji borrower will not exceed this amount of money in advance of the request for withdrawates from the loan money and the other therefore that is in accordance with what has been understood and agreed together regarding the valid interpretation of section 3 of the loan agreement.

The Second Article
With respect to the above, the Borrower will pay the Loan Pokok within the maximum limits mentioned in the previous alrenees and interpreted according to it any notice to borrow to that payment in the agreement loan.

Third Section
Starting from the signatory date of this Annex, the payment schedule indicated in schedule 1 of this Annex is replaced with the payment schedule indicated in schedule 1 of the loan agreement.

Fourth Section
The original loan deal is seen as changing with what is explicitly stated in this Annex, and beyond that it remains in effect and applies without change and so are the schedules and the Annex-annex is attached to it.

The agreement was signed in Kuwait on that date above by the legally-appointed representatives of both parties, consisting of five copies, each one being native and all of which is one document.
