LIKWITIE THE CILACAP SUPERPHOSPHATE PROJECT
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that based on the research, technically and economically the Cilacap Superphosphate Project, established under Presidential Decree Number 260 of the year 1960, is judged to have no further eligibility to dissolve its construction.
B. that based on that in the letter a, the Cilacap Superphosphate Project needs to be likwied;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Indonesische Comptabiliteitswet (StaatsbLad 1925 Number 448) as several times has been changed, last with Law Number 9 of 1968 (State Sheet of 1968 Number 53, Additional Gazette number 2860);
3. Regeling omrent de afschrijving van goederen, wegens bederf, vernietiging, ontvreemding of. verlies, uit de accounts der bertrokken comptabelen (Staatsblad 1915 Number 3), as several times have been changed, last with Government Regulation No. 21 of 1956 (State Sheet of 1956 Number 36);
4. Presidential Decree No. 14 A 1980 on the Implementation of the State Budget and Shopping juncto Presidential Decree No. 18 of 1981 on the Completion Of Presidential Decree Number 14 A Year 1980 on Implementation. State Sales and Shopping Budget

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE LIKWITIE OF THE CILACAP SUPERPHOSPHATE PROJECT.
Section 1
Following the effective date of this Presidential Decree, the Cilacap Superphosphate Project, which was established under Presidential Decree Number 260 of the Year 1960 as listed in the Appendix A I. 102 appendix.

Section 2
(1) As the Likwidatur of the Cilacap Superphosphate Project as referred to in Article 1 formed a Team Likwitie with the Decree of the Minister of Industry after hearing the Minister of Finance's consideration.
(2) Team Likwidation Superphosphate Cilacap as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of the Vice-Department Department of Industry, Department of Finance, and the Institute/Instances that are viewed as necessary.
Section 3
(1) All the wealth of the Cilacap Superphosphate Project after going through the execution of the likwitie as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1), may be sold and or is incontricated to be utilized by the Government Instancy or the Instancy/other designated party, after First to receive the authorization or approval of the Finance Minister, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
(2) The execution of the sale and or of the substance as referred to in verse (1), performed by Likwidatur.
(3) The results of the sale as referred to in paragraph (2) are provided to the State Kas Office as a State acceptance.
(4) The entire financing required for the execution of the likwitie, is charged on the State of cq. Department of Industry budget.
Section 4
Things are yet to be set up in this Presidential Decree, set further by the Minister of Industry.

This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date,
