SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DESIGNATION OF THE GENERAL AUTHORITY OF AUTHORITA JATILUHUR AS A COMPANY THAT CAN ATTRACT AND ACCEPT THE FINANCING OF EXPLOITATION AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE IRRIGATION INFRASTRUCTURE.
Section 1
Establishes the General Company of Otorita Jatiluhur which was formed with Government Regulation No. 20 Year 1970 juncto Regulation Government Number 35 Year 1980 as a Company that can attract and receive financing of exploitation and maintenance financing Watering infrastructure in its territory.
Section 2
The determination of the magnitude of the financing of the exploitation and maintenance of the irrigation infrastructure is set under the provisions of Article 5 of the Government Regulation No. 6 of 1981.
Section 3
