FINANCING GRANT OF RICE
FOR THE CENTRAL CIVIL CIVIL SERVANTS WHO ARE SECONDHAND
TO THE AUTONOMOUS REGION GOVERNMENT

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. That's the employee. The Central Civil Service, which is secondhand to the Government of the Autonomous Region, is entitled to obtain the same rice allowance as the other Central Civil Servers;
B. that the cost for the provision of such rice benefits is seen as necessary to be fully borne by the Central Government to ease the burden of the Government of the Autonomous Region;

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945
2. Law No. 5 Year 1974 on Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet 1974 Number 38, Additional Leaf Country Number 3037);
3. Government Regulation Number 7 of 1977 on Civil Servant Payroll Ordinance (State Gazette 1977 Number 11, Extra State Gazette Number 3098);
4. Presidential Decree No. 272 of 1967 on Distribution of Essential Necessaries Of Life For Civil Servants/ABRI and Controlling/Provision Of Food Rations For Fixed Daily Workers, Country Company Employees, Important Private Company/Rice and Injection;

DECIDED

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON FINANCING THE GRANTING OF RICE BENEFITS TO CENTRAL CIVIL SERVANTS WHO ARE SECONDHAND TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE AUTONOMOUS REGION.

Section 1
The Central Civil Service employees are secondhand to the Government of the Autonomous Region to obtain the rice allowance in accordance with the provisions applicable to other Central Civil Service Employees.

Section 2
(1) The charge for the granting of rice allowances as referred to in Article 1 is borne by the Central Government.
(2) The charge as referred to in paragraph (1) as high is the same as the granting of rice allowances that apply to other civil servants.

Section 3
The provisions of the Presidential Decree are further regulated by the Minister of Finance, the Minister of the Interior, and the Minister of State of the Ministry of Personnel, either together, and in accordance with the field of duty. each.

Section 4
The President ' s decision came into force on April 1, 1981.
