Back of the INDONESIAN PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 8 of 1981 on the FINANCING of the GRANTING of ALLOWANCES of RICE for that CENTRE CIVIL SERVANTS SECONDED to the GOVERNMENT of the AUTONOMOUS REGION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that the employees. Civil Affairs Center of the Autonomous Regional Government assist eligible allowances of rice equal to civil servants from other Centres;
b. that the fees for the grant of allowances that rice was seen necessary to be borne entirely by the Central Government in order to alleviate the burden of the Government of the autonomous region;
Remember: 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution 1945 2. Act No. 5 of 1974 about the fine points of governance in the area of (State Gazette Number 38 in 1974, an additional State Gazette Number 3037);
3. Government Regulation number 7 in 1977 on the regulation of salaries of civil servants (State Gazette number 11 in 1977, additional State Gazette Number 3098);
4. Presidential Decree Number 272 in 1967 about the distribution of the Staple ingredients of the necessity of life for civil servants and ARMED FORCES/Control/provision of Food Rations For Journeyman Remains the Government, employees of the State, private enterprises are important/Rice and injection;
DECIDING Set: the DECISION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA CONCERNING the FINANCING of the GRANTING of ALLOWANCES of RICE for that CENTRE CIVIL SERVANTS SECONDED to the GOVERNMENT of the AUTONOMOUS REGION.
Article 1 the Central civil servants seconded to the Government of the autonomous region has the right to obtain rice allowance in accordance with the provisions which apply to civil servants from other Centres.
Article 2 (1) the fee for the grant of allowances of rice as referred to in article 1 are borne by the Central Government.
(2) the fee referred to in subsection (1) is the same as the grant of extended benefits is rice that apply to other civil servants.
Article 3 provisions implementation of the presidential decree is further regulated by the Finance Minister, Interior Minister, and State Minister for State apparatus Reform, either altogether, or sendirisendiri in accordance with their respective field of duty.
Article 4 this presidential decree took effect on April 1, 1981.
