ABOUT
OPENING OF THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
IN ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB UNITED KINGDOM
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to improve the relationship of cooperation and friendship between the two countries in the field of foreign relations in the Middle East region is deemed necessary to hold diplomatic relations with the United Arab Emirates;
B. that to realize diplomatic relations based on the principle of reciprocity and mutual respect among the two countries, it is considered necessary to open the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree No. 51 of 1976 on the subject of the Organization of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia in Foreign Affairs;
DECIDED:
Establish: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE OPENING OF THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
BAB I
THE POSITION
Section 1
(1) The State of the Republic of Indonesia opens the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the United Arab Emirates and is based in Abu Dhabi.
(2) The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in paragraph (1) of this article is the Diplomatic Representative of the State of the Republic of Indonesia.
