CHANGES TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 16 IN 1974
ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PUBLIC HOME SALES
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that by calculating the financial capabilities of the State Employee, it is necessary to review the set of rules on the ways of payment of the sale price of a Group of State House (Three) as specified in Article 6 Government Regulation No. 16 of 1974,
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. The Indonesian Treasury Act (I.C.W. Staatsblad 1925 Number 448) as it has been several times amended, last with Law Number 9 of 1968;
3. Code No. 72 of 1957 on Penetration Invite of Emergency Number 19 Year 1955About Sales of the Home Home to the Civil Servants as Law (State Sheet of 1957 Number 158) jo Burgelijke Woningregeling Staatsblad of 1934 Number 147 as it had been several times last modified with the Staatsblad of 1949 Number 388;

DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE CHANGE OVER GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 16 OF 1974 ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SALE OF PUBLIC HOMES.
Section 1
Amend the provisions of Article 6 of Government Regulation No. 16 of 1974, so it reads as follows:
" The sale of the sale of the sale of the State House of Golkar III (Three) and the indemnation of its land, as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 16 of 1974, is carried out in the following manner:
The first installment is set to a minimum of 5% (five percent) of the sale price and is paid in full at the time of the signed lease contract, the remainder being sur-sur in the shortest term of 5 (five) years and the longest of 20 (twenty) years, with the equal monthly installment.
Section II
The sale of the Home Office is running on the basis of Government Regulation No. 16 of 1974 can be adjusted based on the provisions of this Government Regulation.
Section III
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
