No. 4 YEAR 1982
ABOUT
THE GRANT OF DEATH MONEY TO THE FAMILY OF THE RETIRED RECIPIENT

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing in: that to ease the burden of the families left by the deceased pension recipients, it is considered necessary to provide the death money for the family of the recipient of a pension;

Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 6 of 1966 on Giving Retirement, Allowance Is Pension And Allowances To The Voluntary Military (State Sheet Of The Year. 1966 Number 33, Additional Sheet Country Number 2812);
3. 1969 Law Number 11 of the Employee Pension And Pension Of Widow/Duda Employees (1969 State Gazette Number 42, Additional Gazette Number 2906);
4. Authorization Number 12 Year 1980 on Financial Rights/Administrative Leadership And Member Of The Highest/high Institution Of The Country As Well As The Former Leaders Of The Country ' s Highest/High Institution And Former Member Of The State High Institution (state Sheet Of 1980 Number 71, Additional State Sheet Number 3182);
5. Government Regulation No. 36 In 1968 on Granting Pension To Warakawuri, Allowance To Orphans And Voluntary Orphans Military Orphans (State Sheet 1968 Number 61, Extra State Sheet Number 2863);
6. Government Regulation No. 13 Year 1970 on Allowance To Pioneering National Movement/Independence (State Sheet of 1970 Number 19) as has been several times amended and last with Government Regulation. Year 1978 Number 28 (1978 State Gazette Number 42);
7. Government Regulation No. 24 of 1977 on Veterans Allowance To Veterans Of The Republic Of Indonesia (state Gazette 1977 Number 29);

DECIDED:

Establish: Government regulation on the granting of death money to the family of retired recipients.

Section 1
In Regulation of this Government referred to the pension recipient is:
a. Retired Leaders and Members of the Supreme/High Institution of the State;
B. Retired Minister of State of the Republic of Indonesia;
C. Retired Regional Head/Deputy Regional Head;
D. Recipient Of The Pioneering Allowance Of The National Movement/Freedom Aan;
e. Recipient of Allowance Member of the Central Indonesian National Committee;
f. Retired Civil Servant;
G. Retired Armed Forces Member of the Republic of Indonesia;
h. Veterans Allowance of the Republic of Indonesia;
i. The widow/widower pension of retirees as referred to from the letter a up to the letter h.

Article 2
(1) If the recipient of the pension as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a up to the letter h died, to his wife or husband given the death money of 3 (three) of the month's earnings with provisions as low as Rp. 100,000,-(one hundred thousand rupiah).
(2) If the recipient of the janda/duda pension, as referred to in Article 1 of the letter i died, to the orphan he left alone given the death money of 3 (three) times earnings a month with the provisions as low as Low Rp. 75,000,-(seventy-five thousand rupiah).
(3) Earnings as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are the amount of pension income received by the recipient of a pension in the last month before dying without a cut.
(4) If the recipient of a deceased's pension does not leave a wife or husband as contemplated in verse (1), the death money is given to her child.
(5) If the recipient of a deceased is not a wife or husband, or a child, as referred to in a verse (1), verse (2), and verse (4), the grief money of the death is given to his parents.
(6) If the deceased recipient does not leave his wife, husband, child, or parent, the death money is given to his heir.

Article 3
If the deceased recipient receives some kind of pension, or in addition to retirement receiving a salary as a Civil Servant/Official Citizen/Officials, to a family entitled to accept as referred to in Article 2 only Given 1 (one) the money of the death with the basis of calculation according to the most favorable type of pension or salary.

Section 4
The technical provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation are further established by the Minister of Finance and the Head of the Administrative Board of the State, either together or individually according to the field of their respective duties.

Section 5
The rules of this Government came into effect on the date of the promulcity, and had their power ebb since 1 May 1981.

So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitation of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
