THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MATARAM UNIVERSITY ORGANIZATION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in the course of the implementation of the Government Regulation No. 5 of 1980 on the subject of the University Organization/State Institute, it was necessary to establish the organization of the organization of Mataram University;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 22 Of 1961About College (State Sheet Of 1961 Number 302, Additional Gazette State Number 2361);
3. Government Regulation Number 5 of 1980 on the principal of the University Organization/State Institute (State Sheet of 1980 Number 10, Additional Gazette number 3157);
4. Government Regulation No. 27 of 1981 on the Department of Faculty of the Faculty of the University/State Institute (State Gazette 1981 Number 41, Additional Gazette Number 3202);
5. Decision President Number 257 Year 1963about the Establishment of the University of Mataram;
DECIDED:
SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ORGANIZATION OF MATARAM UNIVERSITY ORGANIZATIONS
Section 1
The University of Mataram is an organic unit in the environment of the Department of Education and Culture, headed by the Rector who is under and responsible directly to the Minister of Education and Culture.
Section 2
The functional of Mataram University is functionally undertaken by the Director General of Higher Education Department of Education and Culture.
Section 3
The principal task of the University of Mataram is to organize education and teaching at the upper secondary and educational institutions of Indonesian national culture in a scientific way that includes education. and teaching, research, and devotion to the community in accordance with applicable laws.
Section 4
The University of Mataram consists of:
1. Rector and Rector Assist;
2. The Bureau of Academic Administration and the Student Ministry;
3. General Administration Bureau;
4. Faculty of Leisure and Educational Sciences;
5. Faculty of Law;
6. Faculty of Economics;
7. The Faculty of Agriculture;
8. The Faculty of the Ranch;
9. Research Center;
10. The Centre for Excellence in Society;
11. Library.
Section 5
The formulation of the duties and functions and details of organizational patterns in the environment of the University of Mataram as referred to in Article 4 of the Presidential Decree is set by the Minister of Education and Culture after receiving written approval from The Minister is responsible for the field of management and refinement of the country apparatus.
Section 6
With the enactment of this President ' s Decision, all provisions in defiance of this Presidential Decree are declared not valid.
Section 7
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
