Weighing: that in the course of the implementation of the Government Regulation No. 5 of 1980 on the principal of the University Organization/State Institute, it is necessary to establish the organizational structure of the Institute of Education & Education Ujung Pandang;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 22 Of 1961 About College (State Sheet Of 1961 Number 302, Additional Gazette State Number 2361);
3. Rule Number 5 of the Year 1980 on the principal of the University Organization/State Institute (1980 State Gazette Number 10, Additional Gazette number 3157);
4. Government Regulation No. 27 of 1981 on the Department of Faculty of the Faculty of the University/State Institute (State Gazette 1981 Number 41, Additional Gazette Number 3202);
5. Presidential Decree No. 272 of 1965 on the Establishment of the Institute of Teacher Training and the Establishment of the Institute of Teacher Training and Education of Makassar;
DECIDED:
Establish: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE INSTITUTE OF GRUAN ARTS AND EDUCATIONAL SCIENCES.
Section 1
The Institute of Teacher Training and Education Ujung Pandang is an organic unit in the Department of Education and Culture, headed by the Rector who is under and responsible directly to the Minister of Education and Culture.
Section 2
The coaching of the Institute of Teacher Training and Education Ujung Pandang is functionally performed by the Director General of Higher Education Department of Education and Culture.
Section 3
The principal task of the Institute of Teacher Training and Education at Ujung Pandang is to organize education and teaching on the secondary and educational institutions of Indonesian national culture in a manner that provides education and education in the Indonesian national culture. scientific that includes education and teaching, research, and devotion to the community in accordance with applicable laws.
Section 4
The Institute of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences Ujung Pandang consists of:
1. Rector and Rector Assist;
2. The Bureau of Academic Administration and the Student Ministry;
3. General Administration Bureau;
4. Faculty of Education Sciences;
5. Faculty of Language Education and Arts;
6. Faculty of Mathematical Education and Natural Sciences;
7. Faculty of Social Sciences Education;
8. Faculty of Technology Education and Vocational;
9. Faculty of Education Education and Health;
10. Research Center;
11. Center for Excellence in Society;
12. Library.
Section 5
The formulation of the task and function and the details of organizational patterns in the Institute of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences Ujung Pandang as referred to in Article 4 of the Presidential Decree is set by the Minister of Education and Culture after it gets a written consent of the Minister responsible in the field of application of the country's control and refinement of the country.
Section 6
With the enactment of this President ' s Decision, all provisions in defiance of this Presidential Decree are declared not valid.
Section 7
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
