WHICH HAS BEEN SIGNED BY THE DELEGATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, ON JUNE 30, 1983
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the International Coffee Agreement, 1976 ("International Coffee Agreement, 1976") has expired on September 30, 1982;
B. that in New York, the United States, on June 30, 1983, the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia had signed "International Coffee Agreement, 1983";
c. that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia view the need to pass the "Agreement" in the letter b above;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Amanat President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the People's Representative Council on 22 August 1960 No. 2826 /HK/60;

Authorized the "
International Coffee Agreement, 1983" which has been signed by the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in New York, United States, on June 30, 1983, as attached to this Presidential Decree.
BOTH:
The decision of the President comes into effect on the designated date. In order for everyone to know, order an invitation to the Presidential Decree with its placement in the Republic of Indonesia State Sheet.
