MEMBER OF THE CENTRAL INDONESIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE AS IT HAS BEEN
MODIFIED WITH THE RULE OF GOVERNMENT NUMBER 46 YEAR 1980
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that is seen to change the magnitude of the income improvement allowance for the Pioneers of the National Movement/Independence and Former Member of the Central Indonesian National Committee as set out in Government Regulation Number 16 Year 1980 and last amended with Government Regulation No. 46 of 1980;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Government Regulation Number 16 of 1980 on Granting Of Income Improvement To Pioneering National Movements/Independence Movements And Former Members Of The Central Indonesian National Committee (state Gazette 1980 Number 23) as it has was amended by Government Regulation No. 46 of 1980 (State Sheet of 1980 Number 74);
DECIDED:
Establish: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 16 OF 1980 ON AWARDING INCOME IMPROVEMENT BENEFITS FOR PIONEERING THE MOVEMENT OF THE NOBILITY/INDEPENDENCE AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL INDONESIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE AS IT HAS BEEN AMENDED BY GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 46 IN 1980.
Section 1
Change the provisions of Article 1 of Government Regulation No. 16 of 1980 so it reads as follows:
Section 1
(1) For the Pioneers of the National Movement/Independence and the Former Member of the Central Indonesian National Committee as well as the Widows/Dues are granted income improvement benefits.
(2) The rewards of income improvement benefits for Pioneering National Movements/Independence and Former Members of the Central Indonesian National Committee as well as the Widows/Dudanya as referred to in verse (1) are:
a. for the Pioneers of the National Movement/Independence and Former Member of the Central Indonesian National Committee of Rp 36,500,-(thirty-six thousand five hundred rupiah) each month;
B. For Janda/duda Pioneers of the National Movement/Independence and Former Member of the Indonesian National Committee Center for Rp 22,000,-(twenty-two thousand rupiah) each month.
Section II
The government's rules came into effect on the date of the promulgaries, and had their power receded since the 1st March of 1984.
